We stayed 2 nights on a Grand Canyon visit. Staff are nice and helpful at this hotel. The breakfast is great value for families but lines can be long at the cooking station. There is overflow seating down the hall. Rooms are appointed in typical Embassy suites style but a bit in the smaller side and dark. There were a...

We stayed at the Embassey suites before and after our excursion to northern Arizona. The first night we (me, my husband, my sons 12 and 14) got a sort of mini-suite. A very small living area with a pullout bed and a bedroom, one bathroom. The space was frankly a bit cramped for us, but it was only one night....

Its not the best Embassy Suites we've used because the rooms were a little run-down and small. The pool is mediocre as well. However, it borders Northern Arizona University and isn't far off the interstate and the staff really worked hard to make our stay comfortable. The air conditioning was broken in our room and they fixed it, but we...

This Embassy Suites is not your typical Embassy property. It is converted from a standard hotel layout so don't be surprised when you arrive. The rooms are smaller than you might expect if you are a frequent Embassy Suites customer. The rooms are also a little older than a typical Embassy Suites. The staff is fantastic and the other amenities...

We only stayed for one night after being in Sedona for they day and prior to heading to the Grand Canyon. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great breakfast buffet with variety included. We weren't able to take advantage of the night time offerings as we arrived to late. Easy online check in and check out. Great stay for the night.

Not bad at all, but facilities seem much older compared to other Embassy Suites I have stayed at. Rooms were old, TV was working intermittently, and breakfast wait was long because of the small space and short staff.

Hotel was clean, and just enough room for my family of 5. Nice breakfast and evening reception. Property could use some updates but overall, we were satisfied with the value. Location was great for Grand Canyon and Sedona.

This hotel really should not be listed by Hilton as an Embassy Suites. From the minute you walk into the lobby, you realize that this is a very tired old hotel. The room was supposed to be an upgraded suite, but it was far from that. By supplying a fancy coffee maker, Hilton appears to think that is a sufficient...

Room was very nice. Breakfast was very good and well done. We would always start the day with a good breakfast made to order. Parking was a little sparse and exiting to head south was at times difficult depending on the traffic.
