This was our first time at a bed & breakfast and it exceeded all of our expectations. When we arrived Richard took us on a tour of the historic house which he and his wife Laurel have restored beautifully. It truly was like stepping back in time. The pressed tin ceilings, the original lighting fixtures, the elegant antique furnishings were...

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at England House. We chose this BnB on a whim as we decided to stop through Flagstaff on our way through AZ. Recently we spent 3 days at the England Houseand thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Laural and Richard were most gracious and we felt as if we had known them for years after a very short time. The Inn was very clean and well appointed and the breakfasts were wonderful. They knew the area well and gave very good advice on where...

We stayed three nights in the Song Catcher Suite to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The room was elegant and the bed was extremely comfortable. Authentic period furniture (that is comfortable to sit on) is used throughout the home. All the rooms are decorated to evoke period charm without a busy or cluttered feel. I felt as though I was...

My Wife and I have stayed here at the England house 6 times since March 2010. I have to say that it's simply the best bed and breakfast experience i have ever had. the Inn is just far enough away from the center of town and campus that it is cozy and relaxing.Yet it is still close enough to walk...

My husband surprised me with an overnight trip to The England House for our 6th anniversary because he knows how much I love rich history... he could NOT have done better! We immediately fell so deeply in love with not only the house itself, but the location and the owners! We've returned three times since then, and we didn't think...

We have stayed at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast for our last three anniversaries, and have also brought friends. The house is charming, and our hosts, Richard and Laurel are the nicest people. We really appreciate the relaxed style of management, and their genuine interest in their guests. Laurel has even gone out and brought dinner back for us. We...

This was such a lovely hotel! The rooms were gorgeous, the house was gorgeous, the owners were so friendly! We stayed two nights and definitely would have love to stay more! They had wine for all the guests, little chocolates and treats on the counter when ever you wanted it, and a WONDERFUL breakfast. The breakfasts were amazing-that is all...
