My stay at the Red Roof Inn was overall satisfactory. My room did have a little musty smell when I first arrived and the air conditioner in my room wasn't working properly which is probably where the musty smell came from. Over all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beds very comfortable.

This place was very comfortable. My room had a King Sized bed which was plush. I slept soundly. The hotel has a pool and small gym. It is pet friendly and does not charge anything for pets. It's motto is "pets stay free." The staff was friendly and helpful. I t us conveniently located with plenty of restaurants, stores and...

Upon entering the stairwell on Sunday evening we found animal feces, dirt and spilled drinks. Once in the room, we found a chair ripped across the seat and the refrigerator freezer so full of ice, we could not use it. The breakfast area had cereal spilled all over the counter every day. We did not use housekeeping while we were...

The room was dirty and our carpet was sticky. Travis the hotel manager was rude and unsympathetic to our grievances. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. We checked out 2 days earlier than planned. I will avoid this hotel like the plague in the future.

Stayed for 2 nights for a visit to Stones River natl battlefield. Very convenient right off of I24 and short drive to battlefield. Very congested area though. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Room was nice though in some ways a strange smell. Lots of people with dogs at this hotel. Something tells me...

Reservation was quick and easy. Getting in late was an option to note. Everything was ready when I got to the counter. The night manager was pleasant and professional. The room was exactly as described. It was very clean and everything worked. Very pleased! I have always been happy with Red Roof Inn and this exceeded my expectations.

The room was ok but had to wear our shoes, the carpet was really sticky. The front was pretty rude. He said he just woke up, that was his excuse when we questioned him way he was acting the way he was. Also the WiFi was not working.

Clean and comfortable enough I guess. The only complaint would probably be the breakfast, certainly not much to choose from. We usually like a nice breakfast and some of the reviews we read before said they had eggs and bacon. Not when we were there. Dry cereal and yogurt and bread to make toast.

After reading the good reviews we decided to stay at this Red Roof Inn. That was a big mistake. There was no hot breakfast!! The eggs , waffles, etc didn't exist here. Apples, 3 cold cereals, plain mini muffins, white bread, and bagels was all they had. Beds were decent although they substituted bricks for pillows. The freeway definitely sounded...
