OK hotel right in the middle of Sitka, The room was comfortable but don't have one overlooking the car park at the back. The locals frequent a bar nearby and were very noisy up to 1pm on a Friday night

Not good. Old. Location ok but needs renovation. Lucky for us it was cool as I read reviews of no circulation. room had bad odor, had to open window immediately. New carpet everywhere might help. TV is good and had a channel guide and wi-do.Would not repeat. Staff pleasant.

This place was ok. Seemed popular with fishing tourists. No breakfast available though there is a dining room. No air conditioning but an exhaust fan that helped with air flow, but let in cooking smells. Beds comfortable, ok wifi. A bit shabby. Seems like recently changed owndership. Staff was nice. And do avail yourself of white noise machines from front...

The weather was unusually warm, so the windows had to be open (no air conditioning, of course) and it was so noisy all day and night. The hotel looked old and dated. We had lunch at "The Dock" which was fine, but very expensive for fish and chips.

After planning this trip for many months, it was a disappointment, I am sorry to say. For our family, they had only full beds. They actually had one room with 2 queen beds but we missed out on booking it even though we booked 6 months in advance. The room did not have air, and the fan to circulate outside...

Don't count on the WIFI, it'll drop for no reason anytime you need it. Rooms small with small double beds. Price is out of the world and the reason given is it's the summer prices. Can't tell where or what to get a better room. Was told I could go to the business center if I wanted to use the...

It's pretty expensive in Sitka and I guess this hotel is pretty typical of what you will find for accommodations. Don't stay in a room on the Katlian St. side of the building. There is a bar and it is very noisy every night. (We stayed 7 days) The mattresses were new but no mattress pads so the paper thin...

Sitka is one of Alaska’s nicest small communities. The Totem Square sits in the center of Sitka’s downtown, is clean and offers a free shuttle to/from the airport. To benchmark the property against national brands, I would say it is more deluxe than a Motel 6, but slotted somewhat below a Quality Inn. The hotel has probably been around for...

In spite of several visits to Sitka, this is my first time to stay here. It is a standard hotel, small but clean rooms, beds are ok, good location to tourist shopping and they have an airport shuttle. They do not offer any type of a breakfast. It is expensive even by Alaska summer rates.
