Their site says "We do not allow pets,
We are not equipped for children under 16 years of age."
The second line states they are not child-proof, don't have any cribs, etc, it doesn't exactly say they do not allow children along with pets.

There is an entrance to the national park closer to the B&B, maybe half an hour away. Breakfast was served a bit after 8, but you can reach out to the owners if you have any questions-- they're very helpful!
