We had a very nice stay! We only stopped in for one night on our way South but if we stop in Luray again we would definitely stay again. The room was very nice as well as the entire inn and we had a very nice breakfast before we headed out. It was a short but sweet visit! :)

This place was great! I booked a room for the weekend for my boyfriend's birthday. It was our first time in Luray and the Inn of the Shenandoah was conveniently located to all of the Luray attractions. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and very quiet. I was especially pleased with breakfast--they were able to accommodate my vegan diet with... More

I've visited this place on more than one occasion and I have a beautiful experience every time! The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast is amazingly delicious and fresh. A couple of the things that keep me coming back is the Victorian style of the house and every room has a Jacuzzi, the place is always clean, and... More

The Inn at Shenandoah was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and very accommodating. We stayed in the Willow Suite which was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the separate sitting room with an electric fireplace. The Jacuzzi tub was a nice feature in the master bath but we didn't use it. The fireplace in... More

My wife and I decided at the last minute to go to Luray for the night. The innkeeper was very nice, they didn't mind a one night stay. The room was well decorated, had a very comfortable bed and chairs, private balcony, private Jacuzzi, separate sitting room with cable. Lastly, the breakfast was awesome! They bring in their own chef... More

Great accommodations, period furniture, awesome breakfast and close enough to walk everywhere you want to be in town. Had a Jacuzzi tub in a huge bathroom and plenty of parking off street. Wonderful inkeeper.

The room we stayed in was quite spacious and comfortable. Loved the Jacuzzi. This room also had a exit onto the upper level porch which opened to the parking lot and had a great view of the mountains. We loved the level of service! The breakfasts were great and everyone made sure we were well treated. In particular, Ann took... More

We booked a room at The Inn of Shenandoah after reading great reviews. We wanted to try something different than a hotel room. We opted for the last room available - the Garden View Cottage which is a separate building behind the main Inn. There was also another room available in the main house but for some reason it didn't... More

We stayed in the self contained apartment. It was excellent in that it is spacious, self contained and has everything one needs, but it's tired, the windows haven't been cleaned in years and the net drapes not washed since 1972 when they were the height of fashion. If I'm unking it's because the property wasn't inexpensive and no-one came in... More

If you are looking for a historic, cozy, and well-managed bed and breakfast in Shenandoah, Va. this is the place to go. The Inn of the Shenandoah is well located in downtown Luray close to cute antique shops, the Luray caverns, and the Wisteria vineyard. The owner, Ann is a very charming lady who was always pleased to talk to... More
