People can’t make or break a stay. This location has amazing people. So friendly and willing to assist. And my room was like brand new. Everything seemed fresh and clean. The bed was amazing. Sits on busy road but so many places near it to eat and shop. Will stay again next month.
The hotel and room were fine. Nothing extravagant, but they were clean and up-to-date. Stephanie at the front desk provided the worst check-in experience I've ever had at a Red Roof location. I've stayed at many Red Roof locations all over the country and she is the only one who made what should have been a quick 5 minute check-in process a 30 minute ordeal while oozing attitude the entire time. I understand there will be issues and hiccups to arise when traveling. However, the attitude she projected towards us is not understandable. Thankfully, Vanessa (the manager) was able to resolve the issue when she arrived the next day.
I recently stayed at this property and i must say i was surprised. The rooms are spotless, fresh clean smell, nice decoration, and comfortable bed. They are really making some nice changes here. The price is right.
My room looked great , front desk explained they were under renovation and I could experienced some noise . Not my cause . They gave me a room upstairs and it looked great . Vet nice and comfortable .
