The stay was great but the initial greeting was rude and aggressive. The front desk threatened extra fees and was passive. We momentarily lost the key to our room and they gave us a second key with out checking any information or confirming who we were.

This place is a hole. My room was smoky. It was dirty & I could barely use the restroom. As soon as I could leave the next morning, I was out! You get what you pay for here. Move along, don’t waste your money. They do not waste ANY labor on maintenance on this place!

Hotel looks run down, not very clean and in a need of serious maintenance and remodeling, used to be a good place to stay, surprised that wyndham vouch for it. As a last minute stay and for 1 night is OK, but don't use it as vacation or long stay

Room condition was less than expected with stained wash clothes and stained floor carpeting. Noisy location near the elevator. Convenient from the freeway. Ice machine not working on 2nd floor. No ramp observed from the parking lot to the elevator.

Highly recommend this hotel. Stay was for one night, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was in an okay area but it was quiet and clean. Some of the hotel appeared to be for extended stay guests and guests with pets. Upon entering my room, it smelled very clean and appeared clean. The bed was comfortable, T.V. and Wifi worked great, room had a small refrigerator and a microwave... always a plus. Had the room for a very reasonable price, if your not a Wyndham Rewards member, I highly recommend it, you get points and great deals.
