This has been our hotel of choice in the plaza area for many years. The rooms are charming, although there is no storage space for toiletries by the sink. Beds are very good. Patios are delightful in the more expensive rooms. Staff is very helpful and location is excellent for walking in the historic downtown area. Unfortunately resort and parking...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

The Inn and Spa at Loretto is a very relaxing, enjoyable place to stay. The rooms are decorated with a very down to earth, southwest style. Cozy and very comfortable. LOVE the luminarias on the balcony!!

Felt taken. Price wasn't what was quoted. Staff tried to explain difference to no avail. Room was too small for price. Bathroom had no privacy. Food was mediocre at best. Bellmen were the highlight w great attitudes, but you shouldn't have tip as much as expected. Lesson learned.

The Loretto was a great price for the whole resort- it feels very old Santa Fe money. The first night we had an outdated room that had very dark red accent walls. It made the room dark, especially if the curtains were shut on the one window. Great addition of an extension cord with a strip to help with all...

very friendly and accommodating staff, comfy beds, good food and service. although on arrival my room was not ready, the staff was very gracious and made attempts to improve my concern. a friendly and honestly concerned front desk made it all good.

This is a very cozy place to stay. It is within walking distance to the plaza, shopping, restaurants, and the Capital and Supreme Court. The church next door is amazing. The rooms are nice. I did have to do a juggling act with the coffee maker. The sink area is quite small with very little space to put things. The...

We went for a long weekend, and had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were lovely, the staff are all very hospitable and welcoming, the common area has a nice big fireplace, and there was some entertainment in the evenings (singer etc) The spa was very good, on the smaller side for hotel spas, but the services were excellent. It's...

For a "resort and spa" the experience was less than. The packages available don't have any extras. We paid extra for a fireplace that didn't even have wood or worked...rooms was small and didn't feel "resort or spa" like.

Everything was wonderful. We loved the location and the fact that we could walk everywhere. The staff was very courteous and always inquired if there was anything else they could get for us or do for us.

You can park your car in the secure Valet area and never have to worry about it. The food is pricey but has great presentation...
