So they have definitely put some money into redoing the rooms. Our room was great. Comfortable bed and linens. Bath layout was terrible with the door hitting the toilet. Shuttle drivers were great and helpful. The pool was closed. We specifically looked for a pool. Hot tub was open but wasn't hot so we were there for 2 minutes Staff...

We stayed here for a week while visiting my brother in Santa Fe. I liked the look of the hotel....a real Santa Fe flavor. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, the breakfasts were good, and the location was easy, esp given their rate. They offer a van to drive you to and from places, so that was helpful....

We stayed at The Lodge on our recent visit through beautiful Santa Fe. This hotel is bit older but the rooms and property were exactly what we were looking with the Santa Fe southwest style. The hotel is also on hill which gives some pretty gorgeous views of the city at night and the morning. The Lodge has a great...

So disappointed. Very old, and in need of a good cleaning and maintenance. Very stale odor, worn bed linens-which did not stay on the mattress. The air conditioner was clogged with dust. The grout between tiles in the shower/tub was down right nasty. It was by no means a suite. Just a little larger room with two beds. This is...

Booked the Balcony Kiva Suite on a cold weekend in February. Room was spacious and the wood burning kiva fireplace was a nice touch. However, the room was in sore need of updating. The list of things that were broken or in disrepair is very long. No shampoo in the dispenser. Had to call the front desk and ask for...

Loved staying here.... So nice to wake up just on the edge of town and see the sunrise over the mountain and light up the beautiful city of Santa Fe. The shuttle service was fantastic... a BIG thanks to Danny Wildman Meehan our driver for sharing so much about the history of Santa Fe and suggesting where we visit and...

It was our first visit to New Mexico and we loved Santa Fe! The weather was gorgeous in the first week of May. The desk clerks at the hotel are great hosts! They give you a lot of ideas for where to go and places to see. They were all very friendly and looked happy to be there. This hotel is not...

We stayed here for 2 nights on an extended trip for our 40th anniversary and were very pleased with our accommodations. The room was on the second floor and we had a very nice view. The staff could not have done anything more to make our stay pleasant. When they found out it was our anniversary, Monique delivered wine and...

Stopped in Santa Fe for two nights while on a road trip with my husband and this place was near perfection. Although it is not within walking distance of the plaza.. the exclusion and view are refreshing. There is a convenient shuttle that will take guests ANYWHERE they want to go, for free. I recommend upgrading to one of the...

Spent the night on our way to Colorado. Our room was nice but it did not have a hair dryer for my wife . They no longer include breakfast so be aware of that when booking. The desk clerk said they changed that back in March. Most hotels offer breakfast so I'm surprised they stopped here. They did not lower...

Dear Manny S, Thank you for your review. I do apologize for the missing hair dryer in your room and for your disappointment over breakfast. We decided to offer an A La Carte menu option to meet our guests' needs. On your next visit to Santa Fe, please inquire about our reservation package that includes breakfast. It is a great...
