We spent a week from 4/1 to 4/7 at this facility, and we cannot speak more highly of our experience. It's a perfect location, just on the edge of town, on top of a hill, peaceful and quiet, less than a mile from downtown. The facility is very clean, and the staff most accommodating and friendly. And special praise for...

Booked at a very reasonable price for downtown Santa Fe. Easy to find and check in was painless. Room was just like the pictures and very clean. Television looks like it was from the late 90s but hopefully you didn't come to watch tv anyways. Only gripe was pool and hot tub were closed. If I knew the hot tub...

My check in was fast & easy. My room was lovely. The draw back was that there is little to no lighting outside at night. I fell outside my suite. There was no light to see the step up. The front desk didn't ask if I was okay or that they could do anything for me. I'm a senior, luckily...

This place was perfect for my friend and I to stay for a girl's weekend. It is not far from the Plaza or the train depo. It is well worth the savings of not actually staying on the Plaza or nearby. It is easy to get to as well.

My room was lovely. Dan the shuttle driver was wonderful. Front desk could care less that I had a fall leading into the parking lot. I told them to put sensor lights out by the fences leading into the parking lot for the suites. I'm sure I'm not the only person who has had a fall.

Hotel is in a decent location and we received what i believe a great deal for the room. Front desk was friendly but a bit slow. Pool was closed and hot tub was broken. Paint and tile is a bit run down. Now something wonderful did come out of our stay.. Danny the shuttle driver who delivered us safely to...

Frankly, if it was not for the staff we would have just given 2 stars at most for this hotel. Carpet worn out, broken lampshades, cracked toilet seat and broken tiles in the bathroom. When we checked in we had to come back to the front desk twice because we could not open the front door. The keys worked, actually,...

I booked a room to stay in with my daughter and two grandchildren. The room was very nice but a little small. Had a coffee maker but no fridge. The staff were all very pleasant. With four in a room I was kind of surprised to have to ask every day for extra towels. They only brought 3 a day....

Recently had my first experience staying at The Lodge at Santa Fe. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. Our room was really nice and clean and had an excellent view. The parking was free. The shuttle service was one of the best values and was available for pickup or delivery at any time. All the shuttle drivers knew...

We loved this wonderful hotel that feels more like a B&B. It has beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and very comfortable accommodations. This was our third visit to Santa Fe and our first time at The Lodge. The desk clerk was really friendly. She took the time to tell us everything about the hotel and also patiently and graciously answered all...
