We loved this hotel. The rooms are really decorated like a boutique hotel and the lobby fits perfectly in the lovely Santa Fe southwest palette. The roaring fire as you enter is inviting as are the staff. Their concierge and desk clerks are friendly and helpful. They provided us with umbrellas so we could still brave the outdoors during an...

The management of this hotel needs retraining. We experienced a security issue on our second night. There was no manager on duty in the morning after the issue. We were able to speak to front desk manager Jesse on the phone. Jesse was unable to resolve the issue and told us that general manager Tohnia would call us when she...

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel that is centrally located and close to everything...the Square, great restaurants and shopping, the Santa Fe Cooking School, etc. The staff was very professional and very helpful. The Fitness Center was small but well appointed and had everything I needed for a complete workout...cardio machines, weights, mats, towels, water. Great special...

I was in bed and my spouse was in the bathroom at 8:30 a.m. when our door just flew open by the maids wanting to do room service. When checkout is at noon and we weren't on local time, I found it extraordinarily shocking that they would just come in when we were no where near checked out and nearly...

Just a block from Plaza. Great location; historic full-service hotel. Restaurant is good and other restaurants are within walking distance. Very friendly, helpful staff. Warm fireplace in lobby in cold weather. We always stay here.

Everything was perfect for us. The manager even personally escorted us to our room to show us where it was. I have never had that level of service at any hotel before! The room was immaculately clean and all the staff were friendly. We brought our two dogs and had no problems with booking the room with pets either!

Used Hilton on the Plaza because of its location, near enough to enjoy all that downtown Santa Fe has to offer in culture and gourmet delights but far enough afield to have navigable access to main arteries of the city. The hotel staff were efficient and handled my arrival with aplomb by correcting a few oversights. The room was cozy...

Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The smell of Piñon pine from the lobby fire place will not be forgotten. This location is a short walk to the plaza, shopping, bars, restaurants and shopping.

Location allowed us to park our car and enjoy the plaza on foot. We returned to our room after museum and shopping visits and meals at our leisure. No fuss with traffic and parking. Very enjoyable visit to Santa Fe!
