for a hotel that charges the prices the staff should live up to the standard. chair leg broken and cable kept cutting out. thats not something one wants to deal with when paying that amount. also, as a rewards member we should be welcomed when checking in. and not have to deal with rude and smug emplyees.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 29 January 2017 via mobile

I was a little bit nervous about booking this hotel when there are so many options in Santa Fe. However, this turned out to be one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. This hotel has all of the charms of Santa Fe, but the standard you come to expect from Hilton. It is also great because you get to...

The hotel is beautiful, fully of Southwest art. My room was on the ground level overlooking the parking lot but with blackout drapes and great sound dampers I heard nothing and slept like a baby. The room was spacious, king size bed with a lounge seating area and a spacious bathroom. True to Hilton brand there signature toiletries were available....

I visit Santa Fe every few years but this is my first day at the Santa Fe Hilton. This conveniently located hotel is just a five minute walk from downtown Santa Fe. I knew that the pool would be closed in April, so I booked a pool view room which turned out perfect as it was very quiet. I agree...

The Positive: The hotel is beautiful: It's authentic and comfortable. Room was very nice. Location: Excellent. Can't get much better than the location of right downtown. Was able to get some great walking/running in and it was just a 2-min walk to all the restaurants. Fitness Center: Superb The Negative: WiFi was awful in my room: My iPhone refused to...

We had one day to spend and Donna helped us plan out a fabulous day. She directed us to 2nd Street Brewery (the original) and the Museum Hill Cafe. Both excellent restaurants for the six of us. We had a fabulous time and we able to enjoy many of the sites in Santa Fe.

We only stayed here one night. The hotel was great, in a good location, and walkable to the plaza, chapel, and restaurants. parking was 19.00 a day, sure like free parking, but the charge is because you are staying downtown. Couldn't use the pool, it was drained. Room was nice, view was listed as pool view and that was deceptive....

Wonderful full service upscale hotel. We've stayed there annually for over a decade. Great: pool; fire pit; spa; bar; breakfast buffet. Staff extends themselves !! Over the past few years the HVAC system has changed and is exceptionally loud, interfering with falling and staying asleep. We may have to find another resort, even though we are Hilton people.

On my recent Santa Fe girl getaway trip we had the pleasure of staying in this great hotel in a perfect location. The experience was made extra special by the excellent service of the Porter, Seth and the Concierge Jane. They went above and beyond to take care of us and to be sure that we were always having a...

I loved this hotel, friendly staff, beautifully decorated (Santa Fe style) and close to everything. We walked to two amazing restaurants, dinner & breakfast. I wished we had time to stay longer than 1 night. We will most definitely stay here again next year.
