Stayed two nights bit noisy but enjoyed the breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Bed very comfy shame was noisy at night as would of been perfect. Quite a distance from the historic city 4/5 miles away though could of caught number 2 bus only a dollar. Free shuttles around the city handy,

Located on South side of town. Good selection of nearby restaurants & movie theater. Staff at front desk was friendly and courteous. Room was average, bed was comfortable. Only dissatisfaction was with hot tub that jets would not kick in and limited space for breakfast - had to sit in pool area or outside patio.

We first had a king room which included a sink in the bedroom (!) and upgraded to a suite. The suite was good, but the bathtub squeaked while taking a shower. Also, the internet didn't work for one night.

Dear Helen, Thank you for taking the time to respond to Trip Advisor regarding your stay this past weekend. We do apologize for the internet outage which was due to a city wide Comcast outage. This situation has been resolved. We are pleased that you found your suite to be nice. Our guest rooms are furnished and styled in a... More

Very comfortable hotel with great hot breakfast.Liked the Southwest decor. Wonderful warm pool and very comfortable beds. Some rooms get traffic noise-ask to stay back from road. We stayed in a family suite with 3 real beds (2 bedrooms) that was near the road. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Close to good restaurants(The Ranch) and Walgreen's.

Beautiful, spacious, clean room. Even more important since we came from two days at a poorly kept hotel. It was not clear on the website exactly where the hotel was. It is a bit off the highway and we did pass many other hotels before we arrived. It would be good to advertise where it is since you have to... More

Booked in as normal and given the Wi-Fi password. Got to the room and no Wi-Fi. Phoned reception and it hasn't been working for 2 days. Went down and had a word with the girl as she should have told us that the wi-fi wasn't on. Rely on this to contact family and book ahead, so we checked out and... More

Dear Stuart, We are truly sorry for the lack of wi-fi at the hotel this past weekend. Comcast had a city wide outage overnight with it's cable and interent services. Our wi-fi was reset 24 hours later and we are back up and running. Sincerely, John Nygaard General Manager More

Great looking hotel in the local New Mexico/Santa Fe adobe style - very harmonious with its location. However, good vibes on arrival shattered by two frosty reception female staff who ignored us despite the fact we said we were checking in! A 3rd woman eventually dealt with us and even moved us up to the top floor when we requested... More

Spent a couple nights here on our trip to New Mexico. The hotel is well located and easy to find, and checkin was quick and simple. Our room (single king bed on 3rd floor) was ok, but not much above average. While it was clean, the mattress had been slept on a few too many times and there were little... More

Travelling without much of a plan from Albuquerque into Northern New Mexico, we booked into this hotel. The first impressions are not great as you approach on a busy roadway which could be 'Anywhere USA' with all the typical fast food places and chain stores found all over the country. Things looked worse as we entered their parking lot in... More

I slept very well here. Bonuses are a refrigerator in the room, & indoor pool for my daughter & her friend. Breakfast wasn't bad, it was nice there were fresh unsweetened blueberries offered for cereal toppings.
