My family stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas. We were very keen to explore the Santa Fe area, and after reading many rave reviews in TripAdvisor we decided that Old Santa Fe Inn would be our base. We promptly booked two suites, one with twin beds for our two adult sons, and one for my wife and I and... More

We appreciate your patronage, but it's a little unfair to state that your accommodation requests "were totally ignored". If we don't receive your requests from your travel agents until just before you arrive, and if we do not have the needed rooms available (we are a smaller, boutique property), there is little we can do other than to contact your... We stayed here for 5 nights as a base camp for the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Albuquerque in the beginning of October. The Inn was very clean and is in a great location, within walking distance to the Plaza and all the shops and restaurants. The suite we had was spacious and we were greeted with some nice touches... Everything was very nice with the exception of ONE thing. If you call three months in advance and make a reservation for a King Deluxe Suite with a Jacuzzi (as I did), and are TOLD that a King Deluxe Suite with a Jacuzzi will be $182.00 per night for your three night stay during your Christmas get-a-way (as I was),... Small, cozy, quiet, in outer perimeter of Santa Fe's downtown. Not on main drag so quiet from road noise. Good soundproofing, never heard noise from side neighbors. Only one story so no noise from upper neighbors, and parking right in front of room is convenient. Parking spaces a bit narrow, so take advantage of the couple of spaces that have... More

We stayed here on our way back from the New Mexico Bowl and were very happy with our choice. We had a 1 Bedroom suite that was very spacious and comfortable. The room was very clean and quiet. Walked to old town in 5 minutes and it was very close to a ton of food and shopping. The breakfast in... More

This isn't a 4 star hotel but it's a great 3+ star. It's very clean, with attentive staff. It's an older, drive up type of motel. The rooms are quite small but come stocked with all amenities, including coffee and tea. Its a short walk to Old Town and to some great restaurants in the area. The morning breakfast, which... More

For travelers like me who demand comfortable and clean rooms, welcoming staff and unexpected small amenities, the Old Santa Fe Inn is the place to stay when visiting Santa Fe. True, there are other hotels and lodges that might be closer to the plaza or more stylish looking on the outside, but few, if any, can match the service and... More

We've stayed in many hotels in Santa Fe, but this was our first visit to The Old Santa Fe Inn. The location is great -- walkable to the Plaza and Guadalupe Street and with free parking, so we were pleased. We had a Junior Suite and it was comfortable and well appointed. The gas kiva fireplace was beautiful and great... More

Convenient to walk to all the attractions in downtown Santa Fe. On-site parking. Delicious buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Even in chilly Mid-December the room was cosy and comfortable. Would definitely return.

I travel to Santa Fe for work often and stayed at the Old Santa Fe Inn for the first time last week. Everyone is very friendly and the breakfast was great. I loved this place and will make it my new favorite place to stay in Santa Fe.
