The hotel is lovely, well appointed and feels like everything is new or recently renovated. The shower is so pretty, all glass walls and double showerheads. The complimentary breakfast was awesome-burrito bar, waffles, oatmeal. Parking was easy and close to our room, but we did have to go up two flights of stairs to get to our room once inside...

We recently stayed for 3 nights at the Old Santa Fe Inn in Santa Fe. Great location; easy walking distance to downtown/Plaza and to the Railway Yard area (Farmer's Market). The staff made you feel very welcome; complimentary bottled water and chocolates in the room. Warm cookies after 4 PM daily. The free breakfast was unbelievable! Bagels and various breads,...

My two daughter's and I stayed at the Old Santa Fe Inn and we loved it!!! It was close to the plaza and we had a beautiful view from our balcony. The hotel staff was very nice, and the breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely be staying there again. We loved having a Kiva fireplace in our room.

This hotel is in a great location and the rooms were very nice. However, I feel the customer service is lacking at the front desk. The breakfast was very good and the ladies working the breakfast area were great. This hotel would be expceptional/outstanding if was just a little friendlier.

OSF Inn employees were very helpful in restaurant suggestions. Also the on-site breakfast selections were excellent. Room was comfortable & quiet (courtyard location). OSF Inn is conveniently located near The Plaza area. We were comfortable walking to and from Plaza shops, restaurants, & tourist sites. We would book OSF Inn again & would recommend to friends.

My husband and I arrived late Monday night. Parking was full, and a few people had to park illegally in order to fit everyone who was staying there. We say that because we needed one of the handicapped spaces to unload our vehicle. Where there was supposed to be a NO PARKING space next to the handicapped space was taken...

Loved this place. Perfect location. Close enough to walk to both the downtown area and Canyon Road, but just far enough away from all the congestion not to feel claustrophobic. The rooms are super clean and quiet with wonderful beds. We had a double queen suite. Just wish there was enough room for a comfortable chair in the unit ....

Our room was on second floor with a lovely gas fireplace. Everything about the room was very nice and the room has ample space. The inn is in a great location and only 5 minute walk to the square. We booked it on Expedia and the price was $10 less a night than on the hotel website. Free parking was...

my husband and I shared a small queen room as we were on a budget. the room had everything we could hope for - a frig, a small microwave, internet, plenty of plugs for all of our devices, the bathroom had a tub/shower combo, my favorite. in addition, there was a very large screen tv for us to enjoy. the...

Furnishings, bed and breakfast were all excellent. Mold in the tub however, and the wifi did not work in our room. Fine for a quick stopover on way home to Austin from Taos. Breakfast burrito bar was by far the best "free breakfast" I've had at a hotel.
