if you just need a place to sleep in between travelling, and don't want to spend over 100, this place serves a great purpose. the tv required a learning curve to figure out how to work it. one of the two beds sunk in the middle a bit. overall its an average no thrills room and on a low budget it is acceptable.

I Had called for a reservation 1 month in advance and booked our room for 3 nights the problem is I called the day we were to arrive only to be told I had no reservation. I always call before arriving! (Habit) Then I was told they had a room available but it was 3x more because of a special event that was happening (now it makes sense) I said no, I had to book at another hotel. The insult is they called me later that night saying they did find my reservation (convenient - they couldn't get that room rented for the special event price). I Got home to find out they charged my CC I called them only to be told You didn't cancel so you have to pay for the room (How do you cancel a reservation that they didn't have?) I told them if they didn't correct it I would consult my CC Co for a fraudulent charge . My bank took care of it. So sad cause I always stay there but after this I'm done with them

Hi michaelrU4849FI, Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback with us. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Due to the fluctuation in rates and show of reservations, sometimes it reflects in the system differently due to the time-lapse and eventually becomes the very cause of confusion. But this is on us and we apologize profusely for all the things that went wrong. It is a regret that we could not host you this time. But we request you to give us another chance to host you flawlessly! Best Regards, Customer Care Team

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The air conditioner didn't work properly. The key cards took several tries to finally get into the doors. The bathtub had no stopper. No breakfast is offered. It's only a 20 minute walk from the main plaza in Santa Fe. Also, I'm not quite sure if it was from the hotel, but I had a bad allergic reaction while in the room. Beyond the negatives, we were able to sleep and shower just fine.

Room appeared to be clean. The bed was fairly comfortable. Not worth the $ 100.00 we paid . Scratchy towels and cheapest toiletries. Ok for one night but you can probably find better values further out.

I've stayed at this motel twice in the past, most recently not long after it was renovated. The other two stays were very pleasant. This time, however, not. This motel has been left to deteriorate. The shower is moldy, the doorframe to the bathroom is dirty and disintegrating due to dry rot, the toilet handle was broken and falling off, and the toilet runs every time until you jiggle the handle. The person at the front desk replaced the toilet handle, but it's still just hanging there and not installed properly. We were going to stay two nights but are checking out in the morning and going elsewhere. We won't be back unless we hear things have improved.
