It is a traditional flat roof adobe building on the outside, but the kitchen & the bathroom is a very latest in the inside. There is a patio & comfortable furniture for four. Outstanding features are the leather easy chair (recliner) and matching sofa. The bed is also very comfortable. The property is very quiet & close to the city...

We stayed in this moderately priced casita for one night with our 6-month and 3-year old children. Huge king bed in the bedroom, nice shower and design in bathroom, beautiful open kitchen and LR with fireplace. TV/wifi worked fine, fire roared, we bought food and drink from a local grocery that we ate in the casita. 5-minute walk to the...

Everything was wonderful at this casita....perfect location for walking into town to restaurants, museums and shops. The unit has everything you need: linens, lovely dishes, iron, hair dryer, even shampoo and hand lotion. Management was very responsive to two minor issues.

Positives first... great location. Nicely decorated. That's it for the good stuff. DIRTY floors, accent rug, blanket on bed (UGH), shower floor, windows, sticky kitchen counter top, dirty dishes in dishwasher, broken coffee table, two lamps with burned out bulbs, gate that didn't latch (not able to lock), rotten rain gutter and no live person to address issues... Seems like...

My husband and I visited Santa Fe for the first time and stayed at the Sunflower Casita Southeast. We loved Santa Fe and our casita was part of the reason. It was wonderful - just like being at home. So relaxing. Beautifully decorated and modern with leather sofa, stainless steel appliances, kiva fireplace and a king bed. Una, of Adobe...

We had a wonderful visit to beautiful Santa Fe. Your hospitality is second to none. The casita is wonderful, amenities great. Location means so much in Santa Fe and the casita is in a quiet neighborhood and is just a short walk from the Plaza, museums, restaurants and shopping. All that and a great massage too. So thank you for...

My family and I stayed at Sunflower Casitas for a week during early June while I attended a conference at the Convention Centre. The Casita we stayed in was comfortable, well appointed and very convenient to both the Convention Centre (for me) and the main attractions (for my husband and daughters who spent the week sight seeing). It was the...

We just returned from Santa Fe on our 10th trip there, once a year. I love the hotels there but needed to save money this year. So I found this casita online and knew nothing about them or their casitas, I only knew where they were. So we drove to save airfare and car rental expense and stayed at this...

We have visited Santa Fe, New Mexico many times each year. The last 2 years we have stayed with Adobe Star Properties and the Sunflower Casitas instead of a hotel. Just like your own home., even better. Nice size Adobe fully furnished..Walk in shower, washer/dryer, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Walk 2 blocks to Plaza. Great location.

It was very nice to have the space and privacy. The patio was perfect and would be fabulous when the weather permits outside sitting. The outside patio allowed our dog freedom and there was no worry of her getting out. All around nice. The heater was very loud when it kicked on and the kitchen decor was out dated but...
