It was the best price, it's clean and bright and well-located on Cerillos (but you still need a car to get to the Plaza area). Rooms get super-dark for sleep. No effort at southwest decor or vibe. I woke up with a cluster of bites on my elbow and fresh blood on the pillow. The manager did return my call... More

Delightful little motel, charming Southwest feel with no frills. Comfortable beds, clean and so reasonably priced, close to main attractions. No breakfast but checkout the Market down the street. Loved Santa Fe

King's Rest Court is not as perfectly located as, say, Garrett's Desert Inn, but you couldn't pay me to stay at Garrett's again. What a dump--at two to three times the price (and they charge for parking). Staying at King's Rest feels like a pleasant trip back into the 1940s. The rooms are simple and clean, the furniture well used,... More

Pulling into King's Rest Court Inn might make you feel a little uneasy. However, we had nothing short of a great experience here! The staff was friendly, and the covered carport was an added bonus that you don't find at other motels. The room was nothing extravagant, but it was clean & comfortable. The skylight above the bathroom was a... More

Surprising Gem! What a pleasant surprise this place was for an overnight stay! In pricey Santa Fe, I was thrilled to find such a quaint place for $52. It's exactly as the other reviews stated: vintage but CLEAN (I'm a germ phobic!), super comfy King bed with big comfy pillows in Rm#9, minifrig, real fluffy towels, window AC worked great,... More

I read on Trip Advisor about this place and found it just as described. The rooms were vintage and updated in a very cool manner. Each room has its own carport. The commode in my room had its own room. The ceilings were high with logs and wood. Just loved the place and the proprietor. She even helped me with... More

Route 66 Classic, but surprisingly comfortable. Covered parking next to door. The room was spacious (walk-in closet!) and clean. Very comfortable bed, really have no complaints. Recommend highly. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Dated decor but clean, hot water, comfortable mattress. Room was odd shaped but that wasn't a problem. This isn't a resort but it is a great place if you plan to spend your days seeing the sights and you just need a crash pad to sleep and bathe. Location was convenient. I would use again.

Charming little inn located on the historic Route 66. Room was spacious and clean, with a large king size bed, very comfortable. Loved the adobe-style architecture of the building, with lighting window in the roof, some of the furniture was also vintage, lending the place a special nostalgic feel. The covered driveway for parking the car right outside the room... More

This had to be the most out of date motel I have ever stayed in. No vanity, just a sink. No WiFi. There was a monster convection furnace in the floor. It had a horribly uncomfortable chair (only one). You do get covered parking and that is indeed the only highlight.

Thank Dave j
