I was in Santa Fe for 2 days on business. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the room. The room wreaked and the bed was not comfortable. The rooms were tiny. The carpet was filthy! For the price of the hotel, albeit, I did not pay for it. The company I work for, paid for it. It was not a...

The hotel sits in the heart of Santa Fe. It's history is from Glamour to despair, and beautifully renovated with old world charm and I hear a possible ghost or two. The rooms have southwest décor and simple elegance. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The hotel staff are very accommodating and assistive. Elevators make...

I booked this hotel on Jetsetter after reading the reviews on tripadvisor. Seems like the biggest complaint here was the size of the rooms so I booked the largest room and problem solved. Keep in mind that this is a historic hotel so one shouldn't expect state of the art accommodations. The King room was nicely decorated, comfortable with a...

Wonderful experience. The hotel is heritage and beautifully refurbished -- that means the rooms are a bit smaller than a big impersonal space on the outskirts of town but boy is it worth that compromise! Jeremy and Alder at the front desk were great as were the bar and restaurant staff and our housekeeper. Warm and friendly staff in a...

Hotel St. Francis has flair and class. You will feel like you just strolled into a bygone era. The rooms are small but the attention to detail is lovely. The hotel is only a minute away from the square. Santa Fe is a city that has all the culture and vibe of the big cities across Europe without the traffic...

We were excited about staying at the St. Francis. It was an amazing place, very old world yet clean, beautiful and possibly haunted! My only complaint was upon our arrival the room we had reserved had been overbooked. The staff quickly reassigned us a room, unfortunately when we used our key to open the door we were met with the...

We prefer walking to driving, so the St. Francis was a good spot for us. Right near the Plaza and other attractions. The 3rd floor rooms are quite small; not sure if there are options for larger rooms. We got a good price on jetsetter, so we were fine with a smaller room. The lobby and front porch areas are...

Yes, the rooms are very small, and if you are a large person you might not be comfortable in the petite bathrooms.
