We reserved a room months in advanced and stayed three nights in a very very small room. So small it did not even have a chair. At $169 per night, it was not a bargain. Parking cost $18 per day in their lot, however when it was full, you could park across the street and they would give you a voucher...

One block off the Plaza sits Hotel St. Francis, minimalistic and charming! The three mezzanine guest rooms are very quiet; mine was small, but more than adequate. The staff was incredibly helpful in finding just the right place for dinner.

All the reviews you read...you have expectations that this more than moderately priced hotel will be a better than average experience. Such was no the case with my recent stay as the Manager of the property was less than professionally courteous and he also made false accusations involving our teenage son without ever once having a conversation with me regarding...

The plus parts: Great, friendly staff at the desk. They were all very helpful and courteous. Nice bar (Secreto Bar) and great restaurant on premises. The hotel building is very historical with lots of character and special touches. I got a small room because they were pretty booked this week, but the price was reasonable. Comfortable bed and clean room....

This hotel is a must for Santa Fe. Right in the heart of downtown and just one block from the square. The rooms are so awesome and authentic to New Mexico. Very quiet. Parking is right next to the property too. I love this place.

We were most impressed with the service we received at the Hotel St. Francis. The texting service that the hotel uses is fantastic - we arrived early and Brandon told us he would text us when our room was ready. When we checked in, we told him that we were going to be exchanging wedding vows in the beautiful lobby...

The historic Hotel Saint Francis underwent a major renovation not long ago and the results are lovely. Many pieces of 19th century furniture (or replicas) and beautiful clusters of santos and other religious art work throughout the hotel. Common areas on each floor include 19th century photographs of Sante Fe and the lobby area has an especially attractive common area....

We picked the Hotel St. Francis because they had a great discount at $99 for a king. It was at the end of a side hall, light and clean. It was their Classic King, normally $159. They not only accept pets they love to have them. The St. Francis is 2 blocks to the plaza. We went to our favorite...

My wife and I stayed here for our 20 anniversary. It was, of course, beautiful and impeccably clean, but what really impressed was the lady working the front who could not possibly have been better at her job. What caring and service, and top notch consideration for our anniversary. Amazing hotel. Even more amazing service. Highly recommended! Oh yea, don't...

I would recommend this hotel for all, out of state visitors, locals, everyone. When checking in Janel front desk associate was very welcoming, professional, and accommodating. Great interaction and acknowledgement with the staff. Engineer Ricardo was also very polite and exceptional with his services. Had a small drain issue, Ricardo responded very quick, like really quick, was kind surprised. He...
