We enjoyed the two nights we spent at the hotel. You can walk to the Plaza during the day for a little exercise and take the adorable London cab as your shuttle at night. The staff was friendly but you need to get up early if you want the coffee that is served on each floor in the morning. By...

When we got to our room at The Hacienda (623) I was immediately leery of what the noise level would be during happy hour and more importantly breakfast, being that the room is right across from the private lounge. Lubo the butler said no one has said anything before. Other than that our room was supposed to be a king...

I'm sorry to hear we were unable to respond more quickly to your room change request. It sounds like we need to do some touch up work on your first room as well. We pride ourselves on service so your Amaya experience is troubling and something I will personally look into. My apologies and I hope we will have another...

My wife and I live in Santa Fe. We wanted to get away for the weekend. We chose Hotel Santa Fe not knowing much about the hotel. What a delightful gem of a hotel. Our first contact was Eloy on the Front Desk. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. Every staff member we...

We have just completed a 6 night stay at this fabulous hotel/spa. Although there are a number of fine hotel establishment in the area, we were extremely happy here. We stayed in the Hacienda section, which has some additional amenities such as larger rooms, daily wine and cheese for the Hacienda guests, private breakfast dining on the roof top level....

Now that I've stayed here, I'm shocked that this hotel is not ranked higher on Trip Advisor. First... be aware that there are two parts to the Hotel Santa Fe. The regular 'hotel' is on the front part of the property and does not include some of the features that the Hacienda and Spa (adjoining the hotel on the back...

We were so impressed with the staff. They were so focused on our stay. We had short walks to great dinning. Very close to plaza. The shuttle service was great! We will stay here the next trip to Santa Fe.

We stayed 2 nights and would recommend the hotel, although there are some other great options in town. Staff were fantastic - very helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathroom were rather small and not that stylish Gym was so so - same with the pool. Location, although slightly out of the core area was good.

What a fabulous hotel! The full flavor of Pueblo Nation is on display with ornate rooms, upscale facilities, and a special teepee in which to dine. The service is second to none, with both the general manager and his social director pulling out all the stops to make us feel welcome during our 25th wedding anniversary trip. A must return!
