I spent two nights at this lovely hotel. All of the staff were friendly, especially Thomas the shuttle driver who shared interesting stories about the local sights. My handicapped king room had an excellent roll-in shower. The hotel's Amaya Restaurant was outstanding -- I had a really delicious dinner there. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next...

We spent Christmas in Santa Fe last year. We stayed in the Hacienda. It was our third time staying in this area of the hotel. The staff did a wonderful job meeting our expectations, and basically treats us like royalty every time we are there. We are planning to go back for spring break to ski again.

What a wonderful hotel. We had a quick two night stay but packed a lot in. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The roaring fire place in the lobby was the perfect spot to relax and have a drink. The spa treatments were amazing and the shuttle service was convenient too. I can't wait to return.

Room is smaller than one expects. My husband & I kept bumping into each other. My white slippers were covered in dog hair after just a couple hours walking about the room. The bathroom counter was so loaded with misc items (coffee pot-ads-tea-glasses-etc) hardly a place to put a toothbrush. We booked 3 months in advance & still we were...

I am sorry to learn of your disappointment and whilst we are dog friendly, hair on a room carpet is certainly not acceptable and we can and need to do a better job! I do not understand your comment that our Butler Service was a bit of a joke - really! Back at you! Glad to note you enjoyed the...

My daughter and I have made this our annual destination for a glorious pampering and a relaxing retreat! The hotel is warm and inviting, tastefully decorated with a true Southwestern style. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, so much so, that we feel like we have extended family there. It's a joy to spend happy hour by a roaring...

The ambience of the lobby and restaurant alone are enough to make this place worth the stay. I was there close to Christmas, and it was really magical, with decorations amongst the native art and patrons singing along to latino Christmas songs. The restaurant and bar are lively in the evening. The rooms are very lovely, although modest and cozy....
