My brother has them on a notification email request list for room and ski lift deals. He got an email that gave us a room and 2 lift tickets, plus complimentary breakfast ( or $10.00 toward menu). We took a trip just this past weekend and the weather was picture perfect. It cost us $76.00 each. Yes that is right;...

The Hacienda-Spa is a boutique hotel in Santa Fe. We stayed there in Sept 2016. Truly beautiful property with rooms dome in traditional Indian style with numerous artifacts spread throughout the room as well as the hotel. Excellent service, friendly staff with some good restaurants. The hotel has atmosphere and our stay was extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend.

This is our go to and stay at Hotel in Santa Fe. We first started coming here eight years ago and try to visit Santa Fe every year. This native American owned and run hotel is friendly, comfortable and convenient. Parking is plentiful and free. The front desk staff is always friendly and efficient and it's easy to get to...

We recently spent 3 nights here in the "Hacienda" part of this hotel. We had a large room with a King bed and a fireplace. I would definitely stay in this part of the hotel. We had an upstairs room that served a delicious continental breakfast every morning. They also served happy hour wine/cheese/snacks every evening. The entire staff were...

I stayed three nights at this wonderful hotel in Santa Fe. The service is great, very comfortable suites, and the location is excellent (within walking distance of the Plaza, though not right there). It is also very close to the RailRunner stop. Amaya Restaurant served great food--lots of delicious veggies. The fitness room is superb, although I mostly was walking...

I spent two nights at this lovely hotel. All of the staff were friendly, especially Thomas the shuttle driver who shared interesting stories about the local sights. My handicapped king room had an excellent roll-in shower. The hotel's Amaya Restaurant was outstanding -- I had a really delicious dinner there. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next...

We spent Christmas in Santa Fe last year. We stayed in the Hacienda. It was our third time staying in this area of the hotel. The staff did a wonderful job meeting our expectations, and basically treats us like royalty every time we are there. We are planning to go back for spring break to ski again.

What a wonderful hotel. We had a quick two night stay but packed a lot in. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The roaring fire place in the lobby was the perfect spot to relax and have a drink. The spa treatments were amazing and the shuttle service was convenient too. I can't wait to return.

Room is smaller than one expects. My husband & I kept bumping into each other. My white slippers were covered in dog hair after just a couple hours walking about the room. The bathroom counter was so loaded with misc items (coffee pot-ads-tea-glasses-etc) hardly a place to put a toothbrush. We booked 3 months in advance & still we were...

I am sorry to learn of your disappointment and whilst we are dog friendly, hair on a room carpet is certainly not acceptable and we can and need to do a better job! I do not understand your comment that our Butler Service was a bit of a joke - really! Back at you! Glad to note you enjoyed the...
