Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed for BMT graduation. The park was very convenient to get to the Valley Hi gate. Front desk staff was very friendly. Check in was easy. My kids loved the pool and riding their bikes around the park. There is a strict 5 mph speed limit that is great when kids are running around. We also visited SeaWorld which was right down the street. We had absolutely no issues.

This is a great RV Park. Very clean and quiet. The laundry room was large and very clean and love that you pay with a credit card and don't have to worry about gathering enough quarters to do your laundry. The pool was sparkling clean and very large. Staff was very friendly.

Room Tip: Take an Uber or Lyft to the River Walk. Parking is expensive down town.

Our second visit and again very happy with our stay. It’s super clean, staff is friendly and we love that there is an actual parking spot next to our rig for our tow vehicle. Plenty of space! Definitely our place to stay when visiting San Antonio!

We stayed here 10 years ago. It was ok so we decided to revisit. When we arrived a spot was waiting . And then it got “nuts”.
Due to the pad being greatly uneven, I requested a different spot.
We got set up and had a reservation for four weeks.
Then we were told that their after hour answering service made a mistake and we’d have to relocate.
We did mention to their outside reservation service we were staying for 4 weeks, and they said we’d be ok for 4 weeks.
I went to the office and told the people in charged that I was damned well not relocating. I was then told that they would get someone to forcibly relocate us.
That did go well for either party. They told me their after hour made the mistake. Heh, their beef should have been with their booking company.
A warning - a good number of sites have a sharp rise and drop right where the fifth wheel sits.
A nightmare to getting decoupled.
You are going to want to be careful with that.
Other than that the park is quite clean. Really good laundry facility.
A pristine pool , of a good size, although not heated!
Aside from a few sights with that crazy hump thingie, sites seem adequate. Almost all are pull thru, level, and on a slant, making in and out easy.
They have some trees than spew a gooey kind of cluck . We still haven’t gotten rid of it entirely from our awning, even after several scrubbing.
The park itself is well situated in a very nice neighborhood. And, all kinds of facilities close by without being an anoyance.

Overflowing Garbage Dumpsters…Dog Poop that is never picked up…lots with gravel and rocks so uneven you can’t walk to your site…crap on your site left by the previous occupant that is never picked up. Sites so tight you can’t put out any chairs…we have traveled quite a bit in our RV and this is probably the worst place we have ever stayed. It appears to have a majority of full time residents and they are given the preference of the best lots…the ones with trees.

It's a very nice park. Staff was super friendly. We're here for 3 days and our site #320 is a horrible site. The concrete is broken in huge pieces, the pavers under the picnic table are pushed up by the tree roots making it unusable. The tree is hanging down so low, we're not able to raise the satellite dish. It's a shame they use this site, it's a hazzard

My family of 5 recently stayed at this RV site. We were a little worried after reading a few questionable reviews, but decided to try it because we really liked its location to Sea World. We were very pleased with the site and will be returning. It was very easy to book online, however it did not send me a confirmation e-mail like it was supposed to. The lady I called to confirm our reservation (Kat) was very helpful and friendly. My husband spoke to another lady at check-in and said that she was very nice as well. All the sites are basically the same (large pull through with concrete slab). The main bathroom next to the pool has a sign that says closed for cleaning 8:30 am to 10:00 am which seems like the most used time which seemed odd, but we used a smaller bathroom/shower that was closer to our site which they did not close down for cleaning during those hours. Bathrooms/showers were acceptable. Saw a lot of kids in the swimming pool which looked nice, but we never visited. The one thing that could use improving was the playground. It was very old and run down and not really good for smaller children. I wondered about its safety. Overall a great place to stay and a good value and will stay there again.

Listen to ALL THE bad reviews they are true!!!!!! I booked here despite the bad reviews thinking it was just a few pissed off people. Nope, these people have ZERO customer service skills, lie to your face and change their story repeatly. Long story short I booked the top premium site they had available then when I got here they claimed that I had booked just a nice shade site. Well it snowballed from there and instead of trying to make it right the "manager" who CLAIMS to be the owner tried yelling at me. I walked away from the bozo as onlookers laughed at him. Again do yourself a favor and say somewhere else and avoid the headache.

This place is Terrible! Every employee that I came into contact with was Extremely Rude! I will never recommend this place to anyone. You will definitely regret booking a stay here.. especially if you have to deal with ANYONE in that office. You will NOT get customer service at it's finest here! My family of 3 was turned away after we made reservations and gave a deposit of $100 because we arrived 30 minutes late even though there were employees available to give us our key. Their excuse.. We're off the clock! Unacceptable, rude, Horrible customer service! If you're looking for a place that's excited to have you as a guest, try Microtel Inn & Suites. They're Amazing!
