I was quoted a rate of 53.95. When I arrived they had a banner advertising a 49.95 rate on Mon- Wed (it was Wed) I asked for that rate and was told I had to use the rate booked "on-line". I told him I booked by phone, but still didn't get the rate.
The room was roasting hot and the a/c took all night to cool it down. The upholstered chairs were so badly stained and torn that I doubt that even Goodwill would take them. The shower surround was newer but damaged by the faucet and obviously smaller than the previous surround, as the green board was visible between some trim and the surround.
The Internet didn't work. I could get a "good" signal but it wouldn't connect to the Internet.
The bed was comfortable and I slept well but breakfast was a little disappointing as the dairy products were not out when I arrived. They appeared when I was nearing the end of my meal.

Our room was beside a stairwell, and even at 1:30 AM, it sounded like there was a party going on about 6 inches from our heads.
I will say that our room's air conditioning worked extremely well.
We remained there for perhaps 15 minutes before talking to the staff, who kindly understood and gave us a refund.
"Call the hotel directly and ask for the best rate, especially is you are staying multiple nights!"Read full review
