We attended a military reunion at this hotel. The furniture in the rooms is fairly new & decor is good. The problem is the maintanence of the rooms. Our door to the room was a problem the entire time we were there. We reported it to the front desk twice and then gave up. Other family members were in another...

For the price I paid for this hotel for the location nearest Riverwalk is awesome compared to other hotels and Airbnb. It's not for couples or any girls that want top end, but for the rest of us guys, bottom line, it's good enough, and will stay their again. FYI their breakfast is not free.

The hotel is on the river walk and accessible during San Antonio Fiesta activities. I experience an enjoyable stay and had fun. The weather changed during the stay to be quite chilly however warmed up on the last day. May sure you bring a light jacket with you.

good overall experience for me and my family. I thought the facilities for our conference were outstanding. Also very close to downtown and a launching dock on the river for our boat ride.. My wife and daughter want to bring the grandparents down for a weekend getaway

Hotel does not have a functioning restaurant. One has to leave the hotel for meals except breakfast. The faucet in the sink did not run and after the faucet was fixed, the sink was found stopped up. No clock was in the room. Additionally, the air conditioner/heater thermostat did not function. One had to turn it off/on manually. The hotel...

good location , right on the non touristy part of the Riverwalk.... minutes away from the Alamo....rooms regular size for 1960. when you reserve a room, try to make sure you get one that includes free parking or you will wind up paying around $20 per day to self park or valet.

The room was showing its age. The attempt to add amenities such as a sitting area and bathroom storage shelf smacked of Salvation Army thrift store. The Old Girl still has charm but is in real need of some serious cosmetic upgrades.

Hotel is very busy, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, because it was so busy we received valet parking for free. I only wished that we had knew that you had to purchase the VIP to get the roof access, this was not an option when booking reseveration

The Texas Society of the Sons of the American Revolution held its 122nd annual convention at this storied Riverwalk hotel the last weekend of March 2017. We had meetings on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The hotel never failed to perform to our expectations. When we came up with last minute changes they responded with a smile and 100% performance....
