For the amount of money that I paid to stay at this location I expected top tier rooms. The lobby is very nice. The staff were so very pleasant and made the stay not so terrible. There was mold in bathroom, aesthetically unpleasant worn fixtures, stained carpet, absolutely filthy couch. They were very accommodating but this location is subpar. The hallways are nice but the rooms felt dirty. Worn fixtures, filthy carpet, filthy couch that I refused to allow my son to sleep on. It didn’t smell clean. It was however 5 min from Seaworld. Overall customer Service was great but the stay was uncomfortable as I just didn’t feel that enough it’s not clean.

Quality accommodations under post-covid rules. We stayed one night. Got there early was able to check in a little early. The pool was open so my toddler got to enjoy that amenity. I typically stay at Hiltons, Holiday Inns or Marriots during business travel and I always have to ask the hotels for extra decaf coffee because I enjoy decaf coffee for relaxation. I asked the front desk for three decaf coffees and the front desk was very accommodating. Our room was clean and toiletries were sufficient for us. My husband is in construction and visits the chiropractor often to adjust his lower back. When he laid down to go to sleep in the hotel bed, he commented that the bed was very comfortable. We had a mini-fridge in our room where we were able to store our leftovers (so we can take some snacks into SeaWorld the next morning). My toddler wanted to make popcorn while we watched movies in our room and we were able to the lobby where they had a microwave to pop our popcorn.
I don't know how they provided breakfast to their guests pre-covid. During our stay, there was a restaurant inside the hotel and they offered breakfast for a purchase. We knew this prior to our stay and made plan to go to a fast food and take it to SeaWorld and just eat our fast food breakfast in the SeaWorld parking lot before SeaWorld opened up.
There is a $10 parking fee. The hotel provides you a tag to put in your car overnight. The hotel is across the street from the main drive of SeaWorld.
My family enjoyed the hotel and would definitely return.

The hotel is in a great location for a trip to Sea World. The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool area. Had dinner in the hotel which was nice. Food was tasty and not priced to expensive.
Only cons is the $10 a day parking fee and the walls are pretty thin.

Got sick from cold room in the summer, even turned air off upon arrival. Evening staff was not at all helpful, when checking out, simply said put your keys in that box and they walked off. Stayed there all of 4 hours was charged the full length of our reservation plus taxes and 10$ a day for parking (they have their own lot and are not in the main city). Upon complaining they refunded us for one night, had to call back about the parking charge, have given up. An advertised 2 night stay was to be 93$ a night, we were charged 242$ and reimbursed us 110$ upon complaining. Will never go there again or to any Marriot. On top of that they advertised limited restaurant availability due to pandemic, but when checking everything there was closed, we were advised to go elsewhere in the city for food.

Where to start, the rooms are dated. The bed is like sleeping on a rock, my hips hurt in less than an hour. The couch is so uncomfortable the back pillow arches your back, remove it and we were sitting against a hard frame. The desk and a smaller table nestled under it….the leg was loose and about to fall off. The fridge is tiny barely able to fit a few drinks in it. Nothing about this hotel or room would bring me back and for the price there are nicer places in the area.

I'm laying here in my hotel room at the Hilton. Although my room here is gorgeous and very comfortable I can't help but still be upset at Marriott Courtyard tonight. You see, I reserved my hotel with Marriott originally because I had previously stayed at this particular hotel and really liked it. So upon my arrival to the hotel I see a sign on the door and it says that all reservations have been moved to the Fairfield inn around the corner. While I do understand that with all that is going on in our country right now, some things are changing. With that being said, would a .phone call or a simple email had been way too much to ask for? How does one be so presumptuous as to just move my hotel and totally downgrade my reservation without asking if I'd be okay with this? Just so you know Marriott I'm not okay with this! If you were gonna move me it seems you'd have upgraded. I don't stay at Fairfield inns. Rarely do I stay at Courtyards. I come to your hotel in a uber from the airport and have to call another to come right back for me. Then I have to find a place to stay! Thank you for the consideration Marriott!

This is a very modern hotel. The rooms were very comfortable. Very modern and large desk.
The 1st floor is open and has a bar where you get food. Limited menu.
The only negative of this hotel, is it so far out the taxes yes are difficult to get for short or short trips. Like trips to the VA clinic.
On the other hand if you have a car it's only 2.8 miles from the VA clinic and a very relaxing and easy drive..
Super nice pool area.

We just hosted our third Marriage Conference here for our church. They are extremely accommodating to us and flexible with our needs. The catering staff is amazing! This year we stayed overnight in a complimentary room and it was very nice. They even had free chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne in our room! We love it here!!!

We just hosted our second SeaWorld water ski team alumni reunion at Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld/Westover Hills. Not only was the facility immaculate, but the service was outstanding. Patricia took great care of us at the Waves bar, and everyone went above and beyond to make this a memorable event. The location is excellent. It's just across the highway from SeaWorld, which was convenient after a long day at the park. We had a blast, and look forward to our next event at Marriott Courtyard!

I have stayed at this Marriott on several occasions. There’s a reason you see the same faces. I would like to give a shout out to those folks that made my visit wonderful. Firstly, I would like to thank Chaitan, general manager for working with military members. Others that took great care of me were William, Chris, Sabrina, Roger, Earl, Buddy, Monica and Tammy. I look forward to my next stay this summer. Col R.
