Traveling for business I like having the option to stay at a place with a kitchen or even kitchenette for options. I was early (1 PM) for checking in but I didn’t have to wait an hour before my room was ready. Housekeeping post Covid has been lacking but NOT here. I bring a stash of Clorox wipes with me for all travel and my wipes were still clean with no visible dirt. That’s hard to find nowadays and the housekeeping here is impeccable. Thank you! I stopped by for breakfast on the way out the door to put a mini quiche in a to go coffee cup. I never sat down there to eat but it was busy but very clean and plenty of items to choose from. The room and property was quiet. I couldn’t hear any traffic noise in my room. The only complaint I could really find had nothing to do with the hotel. Just like any other hotel where you have a room above you and that person walks loud but that is not anything that is the fault of the hotel. I’ll be returning in a few weeks for business and I already have my reservation. Thank you for having security in the parking lot and protecting the property. Front desk was always cheerful and welcoming when I arrived every evening. Thank you again for a great stay.

Chose the hotel mainly for the proximity to Sea World. A shuttle was mentioned in earlier reviews but I think that must have stopped during the pandemic. Saw a shuttle parked in the back of the parking lot and it didn't seem to be in use. We checked in Thursday, May 13th and checked out Saturday, May 15th. Breakfast is limited due to the pandemic. Hours started at 6:30a on Thursday (7:00a Saturday) and I went down to get breakfast for my daughter and myself around 8:00a. I chose the prewarmed option for the sandwiches but my daughter's sandwich on an English muffin and my sausage kolache were both really hard and dry. Maybe they had been sitting on a warmer for a long time. More people may have been eating on Saturday because our sandwiches seemed to be fresher that morning. My daughter was still asleep, so my husband and I got our breakfast bags and ate them in the public dining area adjacent to the lobby. On our way out, I ordered a bag for my daughter and the employee gave me the bag but reminded me their policy was "one bag per person " I told her that I was taking the bag back to my daughter who was asleep. Seems that if she checked our room number, she would have known we had 3 people in the room and took 3 bags, one per person. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The shower looked very nice but once the water was turned off, the area got really cold since there is only a half glass door and the warmth escapes. Convenient to Sea World and walking distance from. Rudy's BBQ and another bar/diner. Would stay here again if I ever need to be close to Sea World. Had to call the front desk to ask if they had ice makers. I wasn't sure since there was not an ice bucket in our room but there was an ice maker near the elevator on our floor (3).

I enjoy having a full size refrigerator, microwave and ability to cook if needed. I also appreciate the larger closet and drawer space to put clothes. The large walk in shower and larger bathroom is also nice. The beds sleep good and the a/c works great! Ruben the front desk person was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for the event we attended at the National Shooting Complex. Thank you for offering a shooting rate so families can afford to stay at your hotel and support their children's extracurricular activities.

There no one in front desk and I ring bell Wait 5 minutes she was washing TV at 8pm when I park I was her.Kristi made a gesture at the moment of entering, when doing the booking she is getting annoyed, she gave a room to the next to the evaluators because nose and she gift one handicapped I could get another one was on a Wednesday or tell me if have this and thst BUT DID told me nothing they were not full SO UPSET another person with handicapped can use this room. KRISTI did not give me any information that the suite offered everything I had to investigate BAD SERVICE. Every time I ask something she made some gestures with his mouth and hands. She can no longer control that, she speaks nice and happy when I turned around because they were different races. Her attitude was different with other people. I felt discriminated. To work, you need to be kind, equal, to be aware and your body language speaks more than she thinks. It was an ugly experience to watch an employee having nasty attitude to guest .I when doe to buy items of 14$ and she told me she don't have changed of 50$. I been working w/ they company I know how everything have to been done.

4 months in advance, I booked a stay for July 2023. I checked in online at 8:00 am the day of arrival. When I arrived at 8:45 pm with two tired children, they said they had a maintenance issue and had to send me to an alternate "sister" hotel. When I asked how far away it was the hotel clerk said "10 minutes". The new location was actually 17 miles/27 minutes and was not a Marriott property. The new property was not in an acceptable location but I checked in as the kids were tired. However, the smoke alarm in this room was going off, the AC wasn't working, the television wasn't working and there was no one available to fix anything as well as no other rooms were available. After an hour I left the hotel I had been rerouted to. I was able to find a different Marriott property with availability back closer to the original location and was finally able to check in and unpack at almost midnight.
I totally understand that things can happen. However my problem is in how this was handled: 1) My 8 am check-in should have held my room and someone checking in after me should have been rerouted. 2) I wasn't notified until I arrived - the maintenance issue happened earlier in the day. 3) I was rerouted to a hotel 30 minutes in the opposite direction from where I needed to be early in the morning rather than checking for other Marriott properties nearby. ( I am a Marriott Bonvoy member.) 4) I was rerouted to an unacceptable property.
I cannot recommend this location.

Booked this hotel and had a reservation 5 days in advance and when I come to the hotel around midnight after a long flight they tell me they oversold and that there are no beds or place for me even though I had a reservation. They sold my reservation/room to someone else and claimed they overbooked. Imagine been stuck in anew city at midnight having to scramble to find a new hotel when you had a reservation already. Lady at reception claimed it’s a. “Normal” thing for hotels to give out your reservation spot to other people. Can you believe it? This is the first time such thing happened in my life. They couldn’t even apologize. I wouldn’t recommend that place to my worst enemy. Management is horrible. She even had a security guard close to her the whole time just in case I throw a tantrum as if this was planned or they do this all the time. Imagine having a reservation to a hotel and coming there late at night just for them to tell you they oversold and gave your room to someone else. It’s a disgrace. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

We had a super-enjoyable stay at TownePlace Suites Westover Hills! The staff could not have been more responsive or more kind. The room was spotless and housekeeping was awesome. And the complimentary breakfasts (including the Texas-shaped waffles) were delicious. This hotel is an easy Uber/Lyft ride to the airport. There's a complimentary shuttle for nearby locations (such as CVS, etc.) Our daughter stayed at this destination for 7 weeks during Air Force training, and she also loved it. Highly recommend!

We stayed here this past weekend. Check in and out were smooth. Rooms were just like the photos with a nice small stocked kitchenette. The decor in the room could have been a little more appealing. The shower needs to be re grouted. Breakfast was decent with some variety. My only complaint about breakfast was there was only one waffle maker that people were constantly using to make multiple waffles for their families. Please consider adding one more. I waited for about 20 minutes to no avail. Another complaint I have is the security in the truck at night. We came in late on Friday around 10:30 pm and had just parked the car in the lot and were stepping out to check in when this guy came chasing after us demanding to see our parking permit. I had to tell him twice that we were checking in because he didn't get it. The next night we came back in around close to midnight and as soon as I parked my car, the same guy literally jumped in front as I turned my engine off to check for the permit; he scared me. I understand there's a busy bar and restaurant across the street and the hotel is trying to discourage patrons of those places from parking in the hotel lot, but geez louise, this guy is scaring and annoying guests with his parking permit hunt. I would stay at this property again if they could improve upon these issues.

Stayed here while visiting Sea World. They have a free shuttle that you can take to Sea World.
The room had a full kitchen, with dishes and cookware.
Breakfast consisted of apples, muffins, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, boiled eggs, milk, juice, coffee… and hot items that changed daily (first day there was mini quiche and ham egg cheese English muffins, second day there was sausage egg jalapeño cheese biscuits and cheddar sausage wrapped biscuits, third day there was quiche and Belgium waffles, fourth day there was quiche and sausage egg cheese bagels. I would rate the breakfast 3/5.
Room was clean enough. Staff was friendly… although one staff member could often be seen texting on her phone which I found inappropriate.
Overall, I’d stay here again.

You cannot check in ahead with a mobile key. I pre-paid the room. When I told the front desk she mentioned that they don’t give rooms until your pay for your room. Then she proceeded to ask me if I wanted to use the same credit card on file used the pay for the room. Duh! What’s the point of a mobile check in. The staff is just argumentative instead of just apologizing for the stupidity of it all. The room was sort of clean. The cabinets have stains all over them like they never wipe them down. I found a hair on the dish towels. The room is musty and it is very small. I would not recommend this place. We had no choice. I prepaid. I’ve only been here for 30 minutes and it sucks.
