A nice hotel easy access lots of food within walking distance. Nighttime customer service needs a little bit of work. I only had one really big issue the water would not get hot so I took a lukewarm shower which was really not that pleasant to say the least.

The only big negative is that I did not find the hotel's neighbors in a family friendly Seaworld environment. The hotel was clean and breakfast average for a Comfort Inn. Desk staff was average. Nothing here should shock you if you are a regular Comfort Inn customer.

We checked in on 3/23/11 and were greeted by a wonderful front desk associate. She was so helpful and courteous. The building was new and clean. We enjoyed a great rest.
However the next night a herd of elephants checked in above us they were walking above causing a can light to fall put of the ceiling.
Also breakfast says 9:30 but the mean 9:00 they stop putting food out and at 9:25 they will pull the food and turn the lights on you.
Lastly when leaving we mentioned this and the daytime front desk clerk was indifferent. He was much more into his paper and phone than his guests.

We stay at Choice Hotels frequently for work and unfortunately the Comfort Inn Seaworld-Lackland does not meet expectations. It is apparent the hotel does not have enough cleaning staff. These ladies are obviously working very hard but just cannot keep up the demands of this size of a hotel. The bedspread had hair all over it and what appeared to be either chocolate or blood on it when we checked in. On Friday night the front desk staff put us on the cleaning schedule for a full clean/linen change for Saturday morning (day 6 of our stay) and on Saturday the front desk said we were not on the schedule and they were too busy so it would have to wait another day. If an operational fitness center is one of the things you use to choose a hotel do not choose this hotel. The treadmill is broken and it is not easy to use the recumbent bike without hitting your knees on the metal box the hotel installed around the console. The TV entertainment system in the room is also subpar. Out of the 4 or 5 different front desk staff/managers we saw during our 9 day stay only 2 were actually helpful.

Awful! Expect motel standards at hotel pricing. The area is not safe, a lot of homeless activity going on around it. If you search google reviews you will find that they have frequest break ins both in and out of the hotel. This was not the case for us, but I must warn you that the only good you will get for your price is a very basic continental breakfast (think a orange and waffle) paired with some watered down coffee or watered down orange juice. Now for the disappointing part, you price will include stained bedsheets and matresses. Mice droppings and roaches! All visibly seen by me in our room! I could not get out of there fast enough and will make it a point to never return.

The WORST experience EVER!!! They DO NOT care about guest safety at all! If you are a female traveling alone or with other females DO NOT go here!! I went to get a luggage cart, there weren't any so I decided to sit and wait a man was sitting there and staring at me so I was like just waiting on luggage cart he made me very uncomfortable! I decided to walk down the hall to look for one about half way down I turned around and he was following me, so I turned and hurried to the elevator where a couple was waiting he stopped and acted like on phone. I contacted the desk reported it and ask if someone to bring the cart up and walk us to the car because I was not comfortable, they didn't. My husband called the hotel and they informed him that helping people out of the room was not a service they preformed??

This was the only place I could find considering the circumstances and just needing a place to sleep. I originally needed 2 nights to stay, but only stayed 1.
1 star is for the lady I spoke with and booked with, she was very cool and I liked her. Now to the room... This place was NOT clean. Do they even have cleaning staff? If they do, are they just getting paid to show up, go home and that’s it? The floor was dirty, couches had stains, sheets had stains, hair on the bed, hair was on the bathroom floor, hair on the side of the shower, the remote had no back to it, I couldn’t bring myself to take a shower here. Thankfully I carry sanitizing wipes, and I wiped down what I could myself. I needed to stay 1 more night and was considering it heavily. My son was hungry so I was about to warm up his food in the microwave but it was so disgusting and there was splattered food still inside. He had to eat it COLD cause we were not about to use that. That was the last straw and I had to get out of there. Never again.

Showed up with all my bags and work valuables that I did not want to leave in my car after reading all the reviews about break ins to find out the elevator all button on the first floor did not work. Stairs were not clearly marked. Once I got to the room I went into the shower just to make sure everything is good. Found the shower curtain rod not installed correctly and starting to fall off the wall. Next to the shower I found drywall that cleat showed signs of water damage.

The room looked nice when we entered. There was free breakfast which was awesome. I'm rating this hotel as horrible because I paid for a luxury suite which included a fridge, iron and 2 televisions. The fridge didn't work so I told front desk about it and she told me that she would inform her manager. The next morning I asked the front desk to call her manager regarding some type of discount for the room since it didn't work. Her boss's response (Kirin) was he couldn't do anything about it because the fridge turns off and on. The fridge never turned on the entire night. I had medication that had to be refrigerated. His response was it comes with the room so they basically couldn't do anything about it. Horrible customer service and I will never return.

The employees were very nice (although don't expect the maids to speak English) and helpful however the carpet in the room was so filthy dirty that if we walked across the room in our socks they were black by the time we got from the bathroom to the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. I would never stay here again.
