Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was only 20 minutes to downtown, but at this RV Park we had peace and quiet among a wooded setting with most all the amenities. The owners were always helpful. The laundry and bathrooms were always very clean. There is a small swimming pool and recreation room. The spaces are very tight and the owners require assistance be provided for back-in spaces. Also, the wi-fi needs work. Over 100 spaces with long-term renters filling over half.

Cheryl at the front desk was great and spent all the time we needed in making the reservations. The park is small but very cozy and well kept. I wish all the parks had a front desk rep like Cheryl! Having the bathroom/showers is a great amenity and they were very close to our spot. The park has plenty of shade with the many trees that are mature and needed in Texas. Plenty of pull-through spots are a great asset to any park and Tejas Valley has plenty. Tejas is located near the 1604, which is the outer beltway in San Antonio. It is located in the Far West Side of San Antonio which is a growing area. Great location and great service. Thank you again Cheryl!

The folks at Tejas Valley RV are amazing. We pulled in set up and then lost the clutch in our tow vehicle. The folks at Tejas Valley knew who to call. The tow truck was at our site within an hour and our truck was on its way to be fixed. We had to extend our stay indefinitely and the office ladies said no problem we could just go day by day. The men helped carry our propane tank on their golf cart and my hubby to fill the tank and brought him back to the RV. They always stopped to see if we were ok or needed anything. The laundromats are clean and the machines work well. They welcomed our dogs with smiles. The spaces are pull through, level and spacy. We will definitely be back. Rate this Park 20 stars. Thank you for caring. Our dogs enjoyed the security of the doggy park.

Very clean & Friendly. Wouldn't have ever stayed in this location of SA since we go north to get home. So glad we did, this is a hidden gem. Our bus is 44ft. Had enough room for it and our Jeep. Dog friendly and to our joy, desiel is $2.34 a gallon at multiple places down the street and gas $1.84.
From now on we will stay here when visiting San Antonio.

Excellent park with many amenities. We stayed 5 nights. They have a small pool, workout room, 2 laundromats on site and a very nice (clean) bath house. Game room has a pool table, lots of games, tv and dvd player. We enjoyed our stay. Staff and other guests were very friendly and helpful.

Park is about 30 minutes from most of the major tourist sites. We didn't mind the drive because the park was quite.

My only complaint would be the sites are not very level but we would stay here again.

We were attracted to this San Antonio RV Park through its Web Site. The park is a little older looking than the Web Site shows. I was pleased to see a nice large and level entry driveway for our 5th wheel trailer. Prices are quite reasonable and Office staff is friendly. Sites are a little too close for any real privacy and reflect un-repaired damages in some sites like broken and un-level cement patio slabs and some rather large protruding nail heads in the landscape areas? We always felt secure while in the park. Upon arrival, we were asked to follow our site guide in his golf cart to our pull through site. Keeping my eye on our guide, who was motioning me to pull forward, we unfortunately hit a tree limb protruding into our site and damaged the roof of our trailer. The manager told me it was my fault as I was driving! Not a pleasant experience. Other than that we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

This is a great place to stay. It has many upgrades and is very clean and staff very friendly. New owners who have worked very hard. There are many different site sizes. Close to San Antonio but quiet.

Clean and Quiet- Management was wonderful - was concerned because of other reviews but place is under new management and very nice. Prices were very reasonable- perfect to park several days and go in to San Antonio and see the sights..

Room Tip: we had a pull through with plenty of room and trees were trimmed high and out of the way.

Love the quiet. Small park feel. Spaces are a nice size and prices fair. This was our first visit , but won’t be our last. The restrooms and showers are very clean and comfortable. They have a small dog park. I would have liked it to be larger, but it works. They do have a nice open area to walk and that works real well. My only suggestion is to install a light near the dog park. It is really dark to take your dog in the middle of the night. In all a great experience.

This is more of park for long timer stays but it was ok for 5 days. We travel in 34 ft motor home with tow and had plenty of site room. The grounds were neat and clean. Most of pet owners were good but we had little dog next to us that owners did not pick up after and would leave all day on deck to bark and whine. Being back in humidity remember to have your ant spray ready.
