The reception at the front desk was helpful and accommodating. The suite we were originally designated to did not match our interest as we had seen in the online pictures, and located us to a preferred room which was luckily not occupied. The room itself was so elegant with its bay windows and Jacuzzi bathtub, while the renovations had still...

The room was beautiful, the best Ive seen in a older b+b. However, when you pay for a room with a whirlpool tub and are hard pressed to get hot water, it is a bit problematic. The omlettes were good at breakfast and the service. Not much other then eggs offered.

The Inn was certainly clean, comfortable and just what we had hoped for! The staff was friendly and attentive and so much more. We rented the suite on the top floor which was perfect for two couples or a small family. It is also very informative that the site lists which room/house to rent dependant on if you would like...

My mom and I stayed one night and thank god it was only that! We stayed in 15 summer st. The house itself is beautiful, maintained and very clean. It's a very old house so I was expecting creaky floors and drafty windows. I was not happy about the uncomfortable bed, curtains with no blinds, and ridiculously noisy neighbors. Around...

I stayed in the newly renovated West House, which had a large lovely room and beautifully renovated bathroom. Very helpful front desk and feee nearby parking. You can leave the car and explore the nearby sites in foot or in the Red Trolley. (Excellent commentary). Ample fresh breakfast with made-to-order omelettes and fruits and breads. I would recommend this comfortable...

Just had a great weekend in Salem. John at the front desk was very helpful and accomodating to our needs. The breakfasts with coffee, bagels and omelettes were a great way to start the day. Located within walking distance to the local attractions and restaurants. I would stay here again.

We loved the beautifully decorated suite in the Peabody House. The newly updated bathroom made the antiquity of the inn a pleasureable stay. Great spread for breakfast manned by a friendly staff. Full kitchenette was a great help.

Dear Stagingamy Thank You for such a kind review. Our Peabody House was remodeled last Winter. We love when our valued guests love the finished product as much as we do! Our vision was to add new touches and still preserve our historic charm in all our properties, we are pleased that we were able to accomplish that. Breakfast time...

We booked Friday and Saturday to enjoy some R and R. The Inn itself is convenient to get to, clean, and comfortable. The stay was so much more enjoyable because of the enthusiasm of John, our greeter, and Deanna, our breakfast hostess. Our room had a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, a fireplace for ambience and a jacuzzi tub. The...

My room was in the front of the main building on the second floor. The rooms have been newly redone. It was a lovely room with a large comfortable bed, a sitting area, and a working fireplace with a Duraflame log so I enjoyed a cozy fire one evening. There were 2 large windows overlooking the street in the room...

The service was great and the hotel had the genuine New England feel and look. The women that attended to the breakfast were always smiling and Johnny at the front desk was a life saver! He called the cab and was so positive!
