I stayed at this hotel for a week in March, 2017, and I found it to be an excellent choice with one exception. The hotel staff, particularly Mr. Rullan, the Front Desk Manager, was very helpful and efficient. The room on the Sixth Floor was very large with a great mountain view. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and I found...

I think the room was adequate, and the staff were very nice. However, the complimentary breakfast is horrible. The eggs were awful. Also, the hotel is soon far from the freeway. Not convenient at all. I should have selected a much more convenient hotel.

Attended a conference for two days. Entire hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Overall hotel and surrounding grounds was very clean. However, it seemed like my toiletries (shampoo /conditioner) had been used. Also, drain in tub was really slow. Location was great lots of shopping and dining options near by.

The hotel was very nice and clean but very dated!! Staff was great very helpful and very considerate. The rooms were very clean but very outdated. The location was nice centrally located for the tripI was on. There were a great number of different restaurants to go to that were very close. The breakfast buffet was very good and the...

The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The rooms and building amenities are very comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome, making sure we had what we needed. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Tucson area.

This hotel seems new and well maintained. My room was large and well furnished. I had a king sized bed and I slept well every one of my 5 nights. The bathroom was very nice except for an awkward layout. It was tough to get by the door and toilet to the shower. That is really my only negative on...

This is a reasonably priced hotel with nice king sized beds and seems like down pillows. I really liked sleeping there. What I had a problem with was the noise from the doors slamming up and down the hallway all night long. It seems the doors don't close softly, they automatically slam. That's good when your not sleeping because then...

We were quite disappointed with our stay. The "free" wifi was pretty much nonexistent. It would rarely work. The buffet breakfast left a lot to be desired. The same every day... scrambled eggs bacon and sausage and these were all cold. The bread and bagel selections were just plain. Fruit was okay. Pastries were pretty good but many mornings they...

What could have been a good stay dropped to unsatisfactory when we decided to try the hotel restaurant and its breakfast buffet. The hot food wasn't at all hot...a huge disappointment, especially in light of the fact that we had a lovely, hot, healthy breakfast the day before at the nearby "First Watch." And the price range was very similar....

No complementary breakfast, no coffee, mediocre food in restaurant. Worn carpet and worn out chairs in breakfast area. Air conditioning unit needed repair. Should not be labeled a Hilton!!!! As honor members we have stayed many Hilton's and this was the worst one.
