Our first but not last stay at this resort and we were so pleasantly rewarded with very nice staff starting with check in, down to the lost and found staff that recovered and sent our items we left behind in our room. That to me was above and beyond service. The room was very nice with beautiful mountain views. Room...

Entire staff were great, very friendly and helpful! Lots of activities. Screaming fast room service and lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. A bit off the beaten path so you will need to take a cab or shuttle into town for any other activities. In the evening the moon coming up onver the mountain was absolutely gorgeous.

I recently stayed at this property for 5 nights for business meetings. It's the second time at this hotel so my expectations were high. I had some airline trouble on my travel day so I called the desk to make sure I could get a room with a king bed. The agent advised that none were available in the main...

Hotel is old and is in need of some updating. The pool was being used by non-paying guest, who brought in their own beer to avoid paying for the $9.00 drinks in solo cups. They screwed up my bill and did not charge my 2 rooms appropriately. I'm a loyal Hilton guy, and was very disappointed in the overall stay.

Flashy with perceived amenities the establishment seems to show its age. The staff while helpful did not seem "involved." We've had lot better experiences at less expensive, and, might I say, less pretentious establishments. You can do much better.

We visited the Hilton Conquistador Resort on a Saturday during May, 2014. I had made a reservation for a one night stay with two queen beds via their on-line app, which worked smoothly and efficiently. I also requested the "Upgrade" that may have been available at check in for an additional fee. We checked in at about 15:00 on Saturday...

I stay at this hotel due to business in Oro Valley every few weeks. The service is always excellent and the grounds are beautiful. It is nice to have a full service hotel for breakfast and dinner so that you are not having to look for a good restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very good and the service is always...

Stayed here for two nights with my wife The driveway into the hotel grounds is nice and stately as expected with lit tress and plants along the way. But the immediate hotel entry driveway and parking looks and felt old. Asphalt had roughend and cracked by time and aged white in color - not a good first impression. The hotel...

My family of 5 had a great time visiting Tucson in April 2015. This hotel was exactly what we needed. Kid friendly, great pools with amazing Catalina mountains in the background. We stayed in the junior suite and had just enough room. Hotel is older, but clean. Friendly staff.
