Beautiful property. Had terrace on 4th floor overlooking the inviting pool area. Beds were especially comfortable. Rooms were very clean and quiet. We didn't get to use the pool as we were just staying one night. Wish we were staying longer. Don't have any complaints.

A quick weekend trip from Phoenix to visit Tucson. This is a nice property that is quite spread out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always went out of their way to open the lobby door for me each time I walked in and always greeted me as well. The property has great views of the valley and...

the rooms are large and well furnished- staff very courteous and helpful- the food was excellent - excellent location- close to many major attractions. The spa was small but masseuse very good; pool could get crowded as more than half of it is over 5 feet and pre teens and families gathered in the shallow section; Spring in Arizona was...

OK for a very short stay, however there are much better places in Tucson. It looks like back in the 80's, furniture needs to be upgraded, there's only one restaurant, limited food choices. In a nutshell, the resort needs to be upgraded.

We returned to Tucson to see a friend graduate from U of A. The Hilton El Conquistador ambiance is very relaxed / sedate. We could see the sky, hills, and clouds for the days we were there. Our room was very spacious, neat, with very comfortable sheets and pillows. The TV was large and easy to use while the bathroom...

This resort is located in beautiful Oro Valley with incredible views of the Santa Catalina Mountains. I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service we received on our most recent stay. This is not the old "El Conquistador" in Oro Valley, but rather becoming a 3 Star property. Very run down, rooms smell/out of date, food awful. Until Hilton decides to either remodel this property or sell it, I would stay elsewhere.

Having stayed a full week we got to truly enjoy the facility. Check-in was fast and easy, then the concierge (Pat) gave us great tips and directions. Always enjoy this property. Very spacious comfortable rooms, lots of walking areas, good restaurants, but most importantly, friendly, welcoming staff. Feel right at home, and hate to leave. Was craving ice cream Sunday nite, walked down to the bar, and got a scoop of cinnamon, and chocolate to go! Love all the outdoor dining and seating areas. Once again, recommended!

We stayed at this hotel in early May 2015 and are disappointed (having stayed in other Hiltons before). Although the room was nice, it felt a little old.
