Overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the spa was amazing. We were disappointed that we were placed in the wrong type of rooms without prior notice due to a problem with one of the Haciendas we were suppose to be in. But the rooms we had were still spacious. The rooms could stand to be...

Everything mentioned in other reviews is true -- the grounds are as beautiful as any luxury hotel you'll find, the food is good, the staff is nice, but the casitas, where we were able to book ahead and get a good price, are a lot like a Days Inn. The pros: They are spacious with a huge bathroom/dressing area and...

My wife and I went down for business and absolutely loved the resort! Everything was absolutely perfect and I will definitely return! All of the accommodations were spot on and the prices were all reasonable.

I have never been treated so well by every single hotel employee that I came in contact with. The reservation process was very easy, and the rate was very reasonable for a luxury hotel. Checkout was a breeze, as well.

Pros: wonderfully friendly service through check in and food service. Grounds are beautiful; nice pool area; our upgraded room was spacious and clean. Details lacking: when we made the reservation, we asked for 2 extra pillows in the special requests box. Were not in our room nor noticed by check in person. Next day before leaving for the day, asked...

We live in the Tucson area, but have stayed at this resort on a number of special occasions. This time, we were just wanting a relaxing getaway for a long weekend. Staff made extra effort to give us our request for a room with a pond view. The property grounds were meticulous. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a...

Amazing hotel! Rooms are more like cabins than hotel rooms. Would totally stay again. Golf course was beautiful. Wish that I could have played during my stay, but unfortunately I had limited time outside of our couples training.

I stay annually at the Omni and witness the steady deterioration of the room. Nothing serious, but all annoying, and the desk was ineffectual in repairing the problems. Otherwise a quiet stay, with outstanding food in Legends and the breakfast room; I highly recommend paying the extra money to include the breakfast.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room and Facilities clean. Rooms were very quiet. If you are a family with kids, I noticed that the kids were having a good time. Did I mentioned that the staff was super friendly and helpful (something you don't really see in Tucson anymore).

This location is very scenic. The Fiesta Cafe restaurant is downstairs from the elegant lobby. Food is well prepared but service is slow and prices are too high. Golf friends and I were here for a Sunday breakfast. The extensive buffet was too much food for most of us. Fortunately, we were able to order from the menu. The buffet...
