To be fair the desk service and reservation service was good. We had driven for five hours with our dog and had reservations at the Lodge on the Desert just up the street. When we got there we found out their pool was going to be closed for half our stay. We are from snow country so this wasn't acceptable...

I travel at least half of the year....this is an amazing hotel with staff that goes above and beyond the call to make you feel welcome and cared for. The food in the breakfast bar was excellent, fresh and healthy. Very clean and comfortable with a wonderful pool and hot tub that is doted over. You can even order food...

Upon arrival, one of the elevators was having an issue. The room door squeaked when opened or closed. Seemed as if the toilet didn't have enough power to properly flush. No Microwave in the room without adding an additional expense. Only were supplied 2 towels everyday unless we directly asked the maid that day for 4. Ran out of Kleenex,...

We reserved a king sized room two months ago, but when we arrived they had booked us in a double. They promised to move us to a king room the following day while we were away from the property. When we returned, they had not done so and actually tried to move us to another double! They called a manager...

I booked this hotel based off of reviews on here, and I pre-paid so I am trapped. I have found the exact opposite of what everyone has said. The hotel is need of a facelift. I have water stains on the carpet where the refrigerator has leaked. The bathroom is tight and not updated. IT IS SO LOUD. I can...

Loved the stay the price the quiet room the comfort the cleanliness. Loved the digital check in this, was the first time I used it. Got a great room on the first floor, when does that ever happen. It was nice and made for a much quicker check in at the door. I still stopped by the desk to get...

The service here is terrible and most employees look miserable - ESPECIALLY in the restaurants. If you are staying here for a U of A weekend, they will be understaffed and everyone will look exhausted and angry. Also try to ask for an inside room. The outside rooms feel like Motel 6.

We stayed here during our son's graduation from UA. This place has been here for years - since my spouse and I were students at UA, so we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms and the facility. It's can be hard to keep an older property up to date, but I think these folks pulled it off...

I needed to spend one night in Tucson, close to airport and needed a shuttle. The Double tree fit the bill plus had a restaurant. My room was perfect for me and very comfy, as was the bed. I had room service and food was good. The desk staff were personable, helpful, and handed me a warm chocolate chip cookie!...

Great room location & comfortable bed. Good service but food left something to be desired. Room next to us had their car broken into, window broken out. Security was quickly there but make me unsure about safety of the area.
