Very prompt dinner at the restaurant, food was terrific, though the hotel was near full, desk was able to get the room I needed quickly. Reservation was difficult via the 1-800 number, all I wanted was a room not a negotiating questionnaire.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We stayed at the Doubletree for a week waiting for motor home repairs. The front desk staff, particularly Ann- Margaret, was outstanding! We added to our stay twice due to problems with our RV repair and the hotel graciously accommodated us. We also had a lovely prime rib dinner in the hotel restaurant, the Cactus Rose. It is dog friendly...

I have really mixed feelings writing this review as certain elements of this hotel make it deserve a one star rating. Whoever designed the rooms possibly should travel more to see what they lack. For a start the tiny wardrobe with the shelf running through the middle of it allows room underneath the shelf to hang a short child's clothes....

We spent one night at the Tuscan Doubletree Hilton Reid Park location on a trip from Phoenix with car to Tuscan and then an overnight from Tuscan on the Sunset Limited to San Antonio. Finding a location near the car rental and the train station was desired and the Doubletree filled that bill. When calling the hotel prior to our...

The staff ARE friendly and accommodating, for sure. And the property is gorgeous, on the surface. But nonfunctional internet, outdated amenities, plumbing issues, and a very pitiful patio in the casita were disappointments. If you are thinking to go there, avoid the casitas, unless they have been updated.

Check in was fast & simple and room was very nice. The best part was the cantina. The food was excellent, Happy Hour offered great specials and the staff was amazing & very attentive! Great place to kick back with friends, have some food and drinks and soak up the atmosphere. It seemed everyone in the cantina was there to...

The rooms have been upgraded but the property is not up to Hilton standards. The cantina service was exceptional for super bowl. Happy Hour from 5 to 7 was a big bonus. The shuttle service was great as we didn't have a car and didn't need one. We came for the Gem Show and the bell staff was great about...

The person at the front desk was a bit uncommunicative about parking, room location, etc., but the room was fine and it was nice to get a full complimentary breakfast in the restaurant. The location was a bit far from the old part of town, but this would be a good place for business travellers or people who wanted to...

Easy to relax in a quiet room or party with the locals for Happy Hour in a great location with every desired amenity available. Terrific staff and facilities, I know I'll never stay at any other hotel in Tucson, period.

I had a great stay at a great price. I stayed 2 nights in February. Checkin was efficient. I chose a room on the 9th floor of the "Tower" rather than a 1st floor room (although the 1st floor room had a patio). The room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Lots of hot water for showers. Housekeeping did...
