Lovely hospitable staff. Clean rooms. Gorgeous facilities. Easy location to airport. I would highly recommend to people visiting the area needing a central location. Zoo and large park are across the street. Two blocks up are major stores and small malls. The hotel has a great pool and spa if you want to relax. Food is very good in restaurant.... More

This was a great hotel. Super clean, lovely staff, great lobby. Cookies offered each time I was in the lobby, clean pool and hot tub, spacious rooms. We asked if we could extend our stay one night and we were accommodated very easily.

This hotel was clean, the staff was nice, and the bottom floor rooms have their own seating area outside of sliding glass doors that are very nice to sit on in the morning or in the evening. Beds were comfy. The only thing it needed was a microwave. I would recommend this hotel, especially on the bottom floor.

Staff was exceptional during our stay, from our check-in to our departure. Breakfast buffet was good. A very comfortable stay.Near Reid Park, which you can walk, play golf, tennis, or watch U of A baseball. They have a zoon with over 500 animals.

This place was clean and appeared to be updated in the lobby and restaurant areas. Room was clean and had a small refridgerator and a flat screen tv. Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although they had a restaurant onsite, I wanted Italian and the Staff gave me directions to a good Italian restaurant not too far away. Great... More

We booked online via Hilton. The image on the website looked great and the price was doable. We got there early evening and the room was ready - we checked in within 5 minutes. Floors 7-9 are for HHonors. The room was right next to the elevators and the ice machine. (Would have been nice to know.) Getting into the... More

Great place for a Conference! Wonderful service, beautiful facilites, clean and comfortable rooms, nice, helpful staff. One of the most comfortable beds I've had in a hotel in a long time! I would definitely book here again if I was staying in Tucson.

I was in town for a business trip and did an overnight stay. The property itself shows signs of aging but was kept clean. Nice perk of check in is they give you a cookie. The room itself is more upgraded but shows signs of aging too. You can primarily see it the restrooms. Plus is that on the property... More

From the moment I checked into this hotel I knew someone wasn't right. The front desk clerk by the name of Jake was not friendly at all. When we got to the room it smelled so bad I almost got sick. We went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. We went to the new and... More
