I was in Tucson for a quick weekend trip and to see a concert at the convention center. This hotel was convenient to that location. This is an older hotel, but it was clean and staff for attentive and nice. It has great views of the mountains from the tower rooms.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We stayed at the Doubletree for a week waiting for motor home repairs. The front desk staff, particularly Ann- Margaret, was outstanding! We added to our stay twice due to problems with our RV repair and the hotel graciously accommodated us. We also had a lovely prime rib dinner in the hotel restaurant, the Cactus Rose. It is dog friendly...

We must say that everyone was pleasant, but Sue at the front desk stood out as being a really great desk person. She was nice on the phone the night before our arrival and helped me pick a room after I got my email from Hilton offering to let us do so. Then she checked us in, helped us with...

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was excellent. Sue at the front desk went out of her way to help us. Housekeeping service was good. Would return to this property. Plus is free parking. Pool area and exercise room are nice. All equipment in good working order, which is not the case at some hotels.

Very prompt dinner at the restaurant, food was terrific, though the hotel was near full, desk was able to get the room I needed quickly. Reservation was difficult via the 1-800 number, all I wanted was a room not a negotiating questionnaire.

I have really mixed feelings writing this review as certain elements of this hotel make it deserve a one star rating. Whoever designed the rooms possibly should travel more to see what they lack. For a start the tiny wardrobe with the shelf running through the middle of it allows room underneath the shelf to hang a short child's clothes....

Service was great. This hotel and many in the Hilton brand are crap. The beds were horrible. The towels were gray. The furniture was dirty and old. Not to mentioned, stained and broken down. They card key system wasn't working. Carpets dirty in the restaurant. Save your money and sleep in the car.

We spent one night at the Tuscan Doubletree Hilton Reid Park location on a trip from Phoenix with car to Tuscan and then an overnight from Tuscan on the Sunset Limited to San Antonio. Finding a location near the car rental and the train station was desired and the Doubletree filled that bill. When calling the hotel prior to our...

The staff ARE friendly and accommodating, for sure. And the property is gorgeous, on the surface. But nonfunctional internet, outdated amenities, plumbing issues, and a very pitiful patio in the casita were disappointments. If you are thinking to go there, avoid the casitas, unless they have been updated.

Check in was fast & simple and room was very nice. The best part was the cantina. The food was excellent, Happy Hour offered great specials and the staff was amazing & very attentive! Great place to kick back with friends, have some food and drinks and soak up the atmosphere. It seemed everyone in the cantina was there to...
