Excellent in all ways. Like staying in a nature preserve. David and Rosemary are attentive to all details and guests' needs. The mountain views are awesome and the rooms attractive and comfortable. No negatives whatsover,

My husband and I stayed here for just one night when we were passing through Tucson. We really enjoyed it! The room we were in had a very comfortable King size bed, and a full sized refrigerator. The patio was very nice, and had bird feeders all around so birds and rabbits would come up if you wanted to sit... More

We spent 3 comfortable nights this Memorial Day Weekend in The Casita at Hacienda del Desierto enjoying all manner of wildlife including a quail nesting in the large cactus near the front door and Gila Woodpeckers (Texas Hummingbirds according to our host David) drinking from the hummingbird feeders. David and Rosemary were as welcoming as ever and provided lovely breakfasts... More

This was our second stay at this lovely, desert B&B. Although removed from Tucson, it provides a striking view of the true Sonoran desert and the native wildlife. Our stay in the brightly decorated Galleria suite provided an eye-level view of an outdoor pond where quail and rabbits frequented. The hosts are gracious and the public room inviting. We will... The Hacienda is vastly underrated as a 3 star establishment. We never stay in anything under 4 stars, and the sheer beauty, comfort, and amenities surely make this a solid 5 star B&B. From the moment you arrive, hosts Rosemary and David, give you their undivided attention to make sure that this will be a peak experience in your life.... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Hacienda and wished it could have been a lifetime instead. What a beautiful place with the most gracious hosts we've ever had. The scenery is relaxing and full of the best desert sounds. Birds chirping and hummingbirds at your door. You felt like you were a million miles away from everything when in reality... More

David & Rosemary provided us a wonderful experience! We stayed in The Casita & loved it. It had everything we needed/wanted. Kitchen, patio, jacuzzi, great breakfast, & so peaceful. My kids were ready to move in. They were especially great to our kids. We hope to return very soon!

Our room was light-filled and decorated beautifully. The views around the home were wonderful and the owners have even created an informative nature walk through the property. The entire property is very elegant and gorgeous. The owners (David and Rosemary) are friendly and we enjoyed having a lovely afternoon visit on the back veranda with them. The property is located... Our mornings began with a soak in the private hot tub outside our casita. Tucked in a gorgeous desert setting with birds of all kinds feeding nearby, we enjoyed the birdsong and the incredibly blue sky. We chose this great desert experience over standard Tucson hotels and found the location provided an easy and beautiful drive to anything we needed.... More

We spent 8 days at this lovely B & B and every day was just perfect. David and Rosemary took excellent care of us. Breakfast was fresh, warm and tasty every morning. Our hosts were helpful and insightfull while helping us decide upon activities we had in mind. While there, we saw true jackrabits and twice observed wild javalinas and... More
