We stayed at the Big Blue House for two nights before we headed off to a Dude Ranch south of Tucson. We loved this Bed and Breakfast. We stayed in the Hemingway Room that was very nice, lovely decorated with a nice kitchenette and a comfortable bed. Lea the owner is a real sweetheart that we found out is related...

We stayed in one of the rooms on the 1st floor. Leah the owner makes check in easy. Ring the doorbell & she comes from the back, lets you in, shows you the room & gives you the keys. The bed was comfortable and the towels in the bathroom are really nice. We had a kitchenette with bottled water. The...

The people who run this place go out of their way to make sure your stay is nice. They even accepted packages for me and kept my luggage when i was in a pickle with a tiny rental car. I stayed here on the way in and the way out and would certainly stay here again if i'm ever in...

"It's bed and breakfast style but with the privacy of a hotel room" It is notable that you picked-up on our concept of being a "Boutique Inn" as opposed to a traditional B&B. thanks, we and Lazlo we see you again...

First bed and breakfast my wife and i have stayed at. Lea and her son (owners) set the bar high for others. Excellent on all levels! We stayed in the room on the side of the house that had its only enterance. Walk in and you have a little room with tv and two chairs. Straight ahead is a full...

We love that your first B&B was a nice experience. That particular room "The Morning Room" is indeed wonderful especially with the morning sun shinning through the picture window. Please come visit us again and try a different room next time. They are all different and offer a unique experience.

The room makes a difference - Do not choose the Deco room!!! The low attic ceilings and tomb size bathroom made for a claustrophobic ambience. The bedding was clean, the towels were fluffy and there were amenities including a HUGE TV, filtered water, a coffee maker and refrigerator in a mini-in-room kitchenette. The rugs and floors needed cleaning and the...

The Ronstadt Family were important Arizona pioneers. Pepe` Ronstadt, the original owner of the house, was also founder in 1903 of the famous Santa Margarita Cattle Company with ranch spanning well into Sonora Mexico. The house, designed by Henry C. Trost, has huge historic significance and is not easily modified. Arizona State University is in Tempe. We appreciate the feedback...

We stayed for three nights in room 2 downstairs. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of nice touches - filtered drinking water, decent size fridge, kitchenette. Bathroom was clean with lots of hot water in the morning. Room had air conditioning, but also a big ceiling fan which was perfect in November. Breakfast was great, don't skip it....

Lazlo was here when we arrived 12 years ago. Although we cherish him, he lives OUTSIDE ONLY and he loves when folks sit on the porch and visit with him. Very happy you enjoyed your stay.

We stayed in the Art Deco room. This is an old house but they have done a wonderful job of making it feel like home. Our room had a super comfy bed, small kitchenette and a lovely sitting area. This blue house is so convenient to local restaurants, the university and public transport by streetcar. We walked. Tuscon is great...

This is a beautifully furnished home with eclectic furniture and intriguing art. Hostess was personable and friendly and fixed the best breakfast we had in our two-month vacation. I would heartily recommend this for any Traveler.

We stayed four nights at The Big Blue House and loved it! Great room and breakfast and knowledgable and friendly hosts. Tuscon is a great base to visit attractions in the surroundings (f.e. Kitt Peak NOAO, the Titan Missile Museum, Saguaro NP and the famous Boneyard tour). The Inn is close to excellent restaurants and bars. You can hear the...

The Train goes right through downtown Tucson and the Historic Train Museum (a cool place) is only 6 blocks away right there with the popular Tucson Arts District. Four more nights with us and you would have learned to love the little toots in the night

The property is very close to University of Arizona and the Courthouse. The room was very nice. A great breakfast was prepared by the very attentive hostess. Easy street parking. I would definitely stay there again.
