Stayed here for a conference, I found the exterior quite institutional looking and upon arrival the parking area was a zoo, no one at the doors no arrival greeting to show direction, and you wait for everything including food. Mobile check in was a 20 minute wait. I did make a complaint and things were made right and I noticed...

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for a conference. Check-in was a breeze and the bellman was helpful and provided useful information about the hotel. The hotel is not in the town of Tucson but has great view of it from their outdoor deck area. The conference area was nice but a little cold - they should turn down...

Just left after a 5 night stay. It was easy to get to many attractions from the location. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We are Marriott gold so the spa fee was included. The spa included a 2 lane 25yd lap pool, work room and whirlpool. The workout room was adequate for a hotel but as it is also a...

The resort held the annual state DECA conference and did a great job at accommodating the huge group! The place has unique event and meeting space that is yet secluded but included in the resort. They offer daily housekeeping services with fresh linens. The food is okay; not very many outside resort food options available nearby. They breakfast buffet is...

This resort is set back away from town but if you are here, you need to go nowhere else. Had a work conference and this was the host hotel. It did take me a while to get to my room because of me not being able to listen to directions. My room was very nice on the 5th floor. And...

A true family resort property, with waterslides, lazy pools, beautiful nature and a good vibe. Cool exercise room with nice views, a slightly smaller spa than the resort belies, but a nice staff. The down side of the property, self parking is far away...no morning coffee service, just a starbucks which can have a long line of coffee addicts in...

Starr Pass Marriott has been around a long time, and in certain ways it shows such as the exterior which has been in the need of a refresh for a very long time. The good news is the hotel over the years has been very consistent, quality staff and factories. This visit was one of many conference driven stays, first...

Starr Pass Resort is an amazing place for families. There is so much to do that you never need to leave. The pools and lazy river are wonderful! The golf course is beautiful and challenging! The spa is delightful and so peaceful. They have their own pool you can use for your spa day. All the restaurants have superb food....

Stayed overnight at the JW Marriott Starr Pass for a birthday weekend. It was a wonderful retreat! The location, facilities, grounds, spa were all excellent. We each had a spa treatment - the signature massage. The spa was well appointed and both of our massage therapists were excellent. We dined at Primo piatti and it was a bit disappointing but...
