I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The restaurant was delish! The staff was friendly and super helpful. The mint water in the lobby made my day. It was a bit odd having the bathroom sink right next to the television, but I was able to look past it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great Sheridan with wonderful pool area and Starwood Lounge (nice lounge attendant). Open, courtyard-style layout with great rooms. Decent parking lot, many eating options and a full-scale supermarket nearby.

This is quite a nice hotel, but Is showing its age a little. The aircon was good, which is very necessary in the temperatures you get there. The rooms are a good size and well equipped, but the hallways were very tatty, and never looked clean. One abandoned meal tray was left in the hall for 24 hours. On arrival...

My family stayed at this hotel due to price and location. We did not experience some of the issue that other have noted but the hotel is in the process of being remodeled. It needs it. We stayed in the remodeled rooms. The rooms have a separate living room with the bedroom separated by the bathroom. Bathroom was OK but...

Travelling with a team for work and decided to stay here as it was located close to our work place. Half of my team tried to check in at 7pm, only to be told their rooms were not ready, at 7pm?! Another colleague did not even have her room, they sent her to another hotel. We were told they were...

I have stayed in several SPG brand hotels and can say they are of high standards but this Sheraton was kind of disappointing. I can understand issues with construction going on, but this hotel in general does not measure up to the Spg standards. I didn't try restaurant here so no comments on that. Service at reception desk was less...

Services are not good, it takes ages to get any service. Breakfast is bad, same buffet on daily basis. Restaurant people are not friendly at all and keep on changing their statement on daily basis. Better to stay in a lodge than this hotel.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am sorry to hear that we were not able to exceed your expectations in our restaurant when you visited. The buffet will have small variations form day to day, but the foundational items do remain consistent as we find those be most popular among our guests. We also have an a...

I stayed there for 6 days and pulled up to park and construction people working on the hotel had the 2 handicap places blocked with materiel and a forklift. Room we were given was right above that so starting in the morning the noise started. There was no room service menu in the room or towels. After 2 nights we...

We have stayed there for 3 weeks during the Tucson Gem Show period. The room we got has been updated however due to the construction is onsite I was bitten by bugs. It's probably from the construction but I had a swollen bite on my neck for 3 weeks. The staffs were nice except they won't budge giving me breakfast...

Thank you for sharing your comments with us and being a loyal SPG member. Guests who book their reservation via points would still be entitled to their membership privileges. The Sheraton name has really become the middle to low end of their brand. It is more of a Comfort Inn with a low end face lift. Much better options for business travelers like me. The upkeep was poor, the service was exceptionally poor. On a cold Tucson night when my heat didn't work I was offered a space heater...
