Had a good time in Tucson. This hotel was a good choice for us because of the location. This property has great possibilities. It needs to be updated. It sounds like they have started the process. The pool area was a nice view from the room. The executive lounge was very nice for breakfast and snacks early evening. I would...

This is a very unique and gorgeous hotel. The lobby is open and inviting with a starbucks inside. The staff was very helpful and friendly checking me in, and they made special effort to tell me the best place to park my car. The outside pool area in the middle is awesome! They were even showing a movie on a...

While visiting the University of Arizona with our daughter, we tried to book a night at their sister property, Aloft, which is across the street from the school. They told us they were booked solid when we called their reservations line, but they had plenty of rooms at their Sheraton. They patched us through and we booked a room there,...

Please accept my apologies for the confusion that was experienced in your interaction with the reservation center. The University of Arizona campus is 4.5 miles away, a ten minute drive from our property, but I understand perception of distance can vary. Please contact me directly and I can assist you. The Thai wife and I stayed here on a recent Saturday night. I have a recollection of staying here twenty years ago. I seem to remember I liked the hotel layout and this trip confirmed why. Layout appears to be a number of five story buildings tightly grouped around a central courtyard that is dominated by a pool. They seem...

Remodel looks promising except that outlets don't always work, etc. Updates are great when they work. Hard to get items to the room like towels. Had to ask 3 times for the dog bed that is supposed to be offered complimentary--not even gonna push the doggie treat bag that the website also boasts about. Bubbles in hot tub do not...

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The restaurant was delish! The staff was friendly and super helpful. The mint water in the lobby made my day. It was a bit odd having the bathroom sink right next to the television, but I was able to look past it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is quite a nice hotel, but Is showing its age a little. The aircon was good, which is very necessary in the temperatures you get there. The rooms are a good size and well equipped, but the hallways were very tatty, and never looked clean. One abandoned meal tray was left in the hall for 24 hours. On arrival...

My family stayed at this hotel due to price and location. We did not experience some of the issue that other have noted but the hotel is in the process of being remodeled. It needs it. I have stayed in several SPG brand hotels and can say they are of high standards but this Sheraton was kind of disappointing. I can understand issues with construction going on, but this hotel in general does not measure up to the Spg standards. I didn't try restaurant here so no comments on that. Service at reception desk was less...
