Nice clean room, nice location. The free parking was great but the internet and tv reception were spotty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. On future business trips I would stay here again. Nice size rooms and bathrooms.

Thank you so much for kind comments about our Talent members here at Aloft. See you soon on your future trips.
I usually stay at the Aloft for one reason, convenience to the university.
My one big gripe. I booked 6 months ahead of time for 3 nights. At the time I booked it was a per night rate. When we arrived decided to stay 2...More

Thank you for your loyalty to Aloft. I am sorry that we did not clearly explain that once the length of stay changed it changes the rate. You get a better rate the longer you stay, especially over special event dates such as Family Weekend...More
Dingy is not too strong a word. Mouse traps in the stairwells, with creepy dark elevators. It looks repurposed from something but we could not tell what. The staff is uniquely uninterested in helping to resolve complaints. It is convenient to the University campus but...More

I am so sorry your stay was not the vibrant and lively experience we work to deliver here at Aloft. I will share your concerns with our Talent at our daily huddle. I certainly don't want anyone leaving with the impression our Talent members aren't...More
Aloft is a hip hotel that is roomy with new, upbeat decorating. We stayed on the 7th floor and had great views of the mountains in the distance. Wifi was fast, as promised. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed with...More

Thanks so much. The whole Talent team here works hard to drive the vibe that is aloft! I thrilled you enjoyed your stay in our clean and hip space.
We stayed here one night in August before taking an Amtrak train. We went on our student nephews recommendation, with slim expectations. We're we ever surprised-the room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and edgy-modern bath, and with a great mountain view. Nice...More

Yeah, Phone number is 520-908-6800, front desk should be the first to answer and possibly the only ones to but whoever does I'd just say "I would like to make a reservation." Or even asking them if they have rooms available or what their rate is for that night.
One thing I should mention is if you tried calling overnight or early morning there might have been a chance that the front desk person had to use the restroom or take something (like towels) to a guests room real quick and wasn't at their desk when you called (if you did, not sure if you attempted but no one answered or was generally needing to know how to book a room) since typically there is only one of them working when its overnight. Hoped this helped :)
Hi, Caroline! It's connected to a mini mall and a shopping center, so it's convenient. The area seemed safe--it's just surrounded by parking lots so there's the traffic to consider. Wishing you a great trip!
