I agree with the other reviewers, it's a good business hotel, good wifi, large desk in room, clean and comfortable beds. If you're sensitive to noise ask for a room on the backside in the top floors. The staff is very nice and helpful. My main issue with this place is the food. I had two meals here, dinner and...

We had a wedding to attend in Tucson, and Aloft fit the bill. I originally thought this hotel was going to be too hip for my tastes (and it's own good) but I was wrong. This was a great hotel, affordable, good location, plenty of parking downstairs, absolutely nothing to complain about. They accommodated us last minute and at a...

This was my first stay in an Aloft hotel and would definitely stay in other locations across the US when presented the option. This hotel was close to U of AZ/Banner Medical Center where I had appointments. The rooms are quite large and the beds and linens were by far the best I have encountered in a basic hotel chain....

The hotel is close to the University of Arizona. It is a hip, modern hotel. The room design is modern. However, the room has no drawers. The hotel provides complementary wifi and the wifi reception was excellent.I came back to my room around 4 pm after business meeting. Housekeeping staff did not clean the room until that time. I just...

I stayed here for two nights while on business at the University of Arizona. I was being picked up and taken places, so the location didn't matter that much to me. I'll just write about the hotel stay itself. The room was comfortable and modern, but I share other reviewers' quibble about no drawers to unpack clothes. However, other aspects...

The location on Speedway isn't great, but the friendly staff, modern room design, and evening loung area make up for it. There was a jazz band playing one evening I was there, which was nice. The Aloft standard breakfast had a lot to be desired, and there are very few decent food options within walking distance. But overall it was...

My son and I spent one night here when he had a meeting at the University of Arizona on a potential graduate school opportunity. This stay was part of a 3 hotel, 7 night trip to Arizona. The rest of our trip was in the Phoenix area. I had the best night's sleep of my stay here. Maybe it was...

After a recent back surgery at Banner University, we were recommended Aloft by hospital personnel since I live a distance away and they wanted me nearby for the night. There was nothing really 'wrong' with ALoft, but not much that was right for me at that time. I can see it is geared to the young crowd, and there's nothing...

I DID NOT appreciate the noise and music from the wedding party the night we stayed. When one can hear every lyric of the blaring music from a 7th floor room and the bride thanking her guests that means it's TOO LOUD. Granted the noise stopped at 10pm but that's not my idea of an enjoyable hotel stay. There are...

I am so sorry that your stay was less than expected. We did have a holiday party that evening in the backyard. While it is not often that we have parties in our backyard, this holiday we did have one and as you mentioned we did make sure that at 10pm we moved the party inside to minimize the noise....

This is a great location for folks with business near the University of Arizona. It had been suggested by a local to ask for a room on the south (non-Speedway) side of the building on an upper floor, which we did and it was very quiet. Nice, clean, modern design throughout. Minimalist reception area with a grab-and-go kind of food...
