I was looking for a place to stay in Tucson last minute; hotels were almost fully booked and AirBnB 's results weren't too nice. Then I found this B&B. I am HAPPY I came across their website. The reservation was VERY easy! Location is wonderful if you like walking around towns. Tucson's UofA area is pretty cool, with many restaurants,...

We stayed at Peppertrees for one night on January 26th, in the king suite casita. It was the only room available when we booked, so we took it as we were going to a concert at Centennial Hall on the U of A campus, and it's only a short 10 minute walk there from the B & B. Everything was...

We have stayed at the Peppertrees B&B three times in the past six months, and we have loved each visit! Our daughter is a freshman at the University of Arizona, and this is absolutely the nicest place to stay that is close to the university. We have stayed in three different units, and each one has been fantastic. We particularly...

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at the Peppertrees B&B, and could not have been happier. The B&B is in a great location near the University and multiple attractions and hiking. Jill and Ron were wonderful host's. We rented the Calista Suite and for a little extra money, we had an entire little cottage to ourselves, which included...

We loved it and would definitely go back. Great location close to University of Arizona and all the fun shops, restaurants and bars in the West University neighborhood. We stayed in the King size casita - a small 1 bedroom guest house. It was nicely furnished, quiet and private, with its own small patio. The breakfasts were delicious and our...

Moving my niece to Tucson for College we rented a 2 bedroom unit at the Pepper Trees Inn for two nights. What a pleasant surprise! This place was just like a two bedroom house! Comfortable living room, great kitchen and the beds in the upstairs bedrooms were SOO comfy, made with very nice bedding. Very roomy upstairs bathroom with walk...

There is a reason this B&B has a perfect 5 out of 5 record. It's absolutely fabulous. I had to come to Tuscon several times for testing at the hospital, and I never enjoyed my time in Tucson until I stayed here. This is my third time staying, and I never want to leave. The grounds are so beautiful, and...

Fabulous, but what can I say that has not been said, and would help you decide. Perhaps it is, if you are like me and my research on TA, you shy away from B&Bs, because they make you feel like you’re a quest at the in-laws, someone’s old upstairs bedroom, in the way in their kitchen, and what is with...

It's more like a little mini house. Wonderful breakfasts. Very close to campus. Pleasant and productive time. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. I was here visiting the university and everything is very close.

We stayed in the sunrise room, which is two stories with two bedrooms with twin beds on second floor and pullout sofa on first floor. Its like having a small apartment with a kitchen so with two kids was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic and hosts were very accommodating. And new tram that serves downtown goes right by. Would highly recommend.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A few steps away from the main gates of the University of Arizona yet when you enter the garden patio, you would think you were in some garden oasis away from everything. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing for being in the city. It's the kind of place you can just wind down at. Walk off the property and your just a block or so from one of Tucson's best shopping districts. There are lots of restaurants, shops, museums and the U of A Presents Theater, all with a few blocks. Then wake up to a breakfast that has become legendary. ... more   less
