While the rooms could use a serious update, the grounds are well kept and desert beautiful. Pleasure to walk around. Pools are heated a reasonable temperature for swimming but hot tub was luke warm. No double sink in bathroom and no full length mirror. Front desk helpful with recommendations for dining but slow in responding to requests. Whole Foods is...

Dear damajane, Thank you for your taking the time to share your thoughts with us. I am happy to hear that overall you had a pleasant stay with us and enjoyed our surroundings. Next time you stay with us, might I suggest staying in one of our casita junior suites; at 650 sq ft they feature two sinks. Again, thank...

The Westward Look is well-named, as the sunsets are spectacular from those large, well-appointed rooms that happen to face to the west. Others are pool-side or otherwise have benefits of their own. Built in free-standing, split-level units, the rooms gather in groups of four, creating a bit of a spread to the property and necessitating outdoor transit - brief walks...

Well, I can make it short. Why am I giving the worst rating for this hotel, cause I never ended up there. I had made a bid via priceline which was not successful, priceline sent me a mail to increase my bid and I did and I won in this hotel. Unfortunately during the booking process the dates shifted from...

Our room was very big; plenty of room in bathroom, double sinks. Furniture was nice and plenty of space for working. WiFi was not working correctly and front desk did not resolve this issue for us. We were on bottom floor and could hear people above us. Food was excellent for our business retreat. Grounds were nicely kept although property...

I booked a room to stay with family and friends. I was very disappointed when I found out that I could not check in until after the wedding reception at 11pm. Then was expected to check out by 11am. The discount was great, the room was beautiful. But the stay was short! The cleaning service was pounding on the door...

Tucson is becoming a great destination for resort style business trips. I love the scenery and the desert mornings. The Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort is in a great location, but the view from my room was not. The room had a great comfy bed and high ceilings that reminded me of New Mexico ranch style. Looking out the big...

This property has a great location in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. There are short hiking trails close, several swimming pools to chose from, tennis courts, and a well appointed exercise room. The front desk was very helpful. We arrived a bit early before check-in time and...
