Old classic looking hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Quite large with a large bathroom. Front desk staff personable and helpful. Valet parking a bit pricey, but it's a city. Easy access to walk around town. Many restaurants nearby. We would return.

I attended at conference in providence - BIF 9 - not my first time. I've stayed in other locations in Providence but this one is my favorite. Great location, attentive and efficient staff, well priced, good value for money. I've stayed in two room types, a standard room - a little tight but comfortable and a suite - the suite...

A friend and I picked Providence for a mini-trip to somewhere new. We settled on Hotel Providence over chain hotels, and were glad we did. We arrived before check-in time, but they upgraded us to a junior suite so we could get settled right away. While there was no view, it was worth it -- no street noise, extra space...

Stayed with family while my husband attended a conference. It was very convenient to restaurants, RISD and the river. We parked the car and walked or took the bus while we were there. Clean comfortable and a friendly staff.

My husband and I just finished our visit with hotel Providence! Very very nice! BEUTIFUL boutique!! I work at a hotel myself in Syracuse that is a boutique and this hotel deserves a 4 diamond that it is. The staff is very professional, especially the front desk agent ( I apologize for not remembering the young mans name but he...

We recently stayed here for a wedding. The room was in a separate wing overlooking the brick wall and AC units. While it was very clean and had great beds, the walls were paper thin! While in the bathroom, we could hear everything said in the next room! The hotel is pricey, esp. for RI! Room service breakfast for two...

This was my first time at this property. The staff was terrific and the suites are large and very comfortable.i was given the Dr. Suess suite, so a bit of fun was included. there are many restaurants within walking distance although the food in the hotel was well prepared and tasty. Will definitely go back.

The good: Convenient central location. Internet connection adequate and free. $30/day credit toward breakfast. Good quality bathroom amenities. The bad: $28/night mandatory valet parking if you have a car (plus tips for the valets of course! They are all nice and have to run a long way to get your car.) Only two elevators, far apart and slow. I had...

this hotel was an excellent hotel for its proximity to the down town area of Providence. The room was well equipped and was well decorated and very spacious. All hotel staff were informative and pleasant. Only downside was the lack of information provided by hotel on its facilities, when I enquired about this I was informed by check in desk that...
