Thank you for your feedback. I understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for the elevator, unfortunately our property was not built with an employee elevator and the staff must use the same elevators as everyone else.
Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this hotel. Why? indifferent reception service, no room safe, no room service, forget tea they only give you coffee sachets, staff vacuum the floors around your table as you eat breakfast, rooms are not cleaned properly, no umbrellas,...More
