My wife and I stayed here this weekend for a military couples retreat. We received the key card to our 2 bedroom cabin style condo, upon walking in , the place was beautiful. It was appointed with a fireplace, deck overlooking a great view...perfect for a much deserved couples retreat. The bathroom had a lovely large jetted soaking tub, perfect...

This was a nice resort with comfortable rooms. The only real downside is that there are many levels of the resort so it is kind of disconnected from the main lodge. There is a golf cart that can take you around if you need help navigating the grounds. LOTS of wild life right outside your room. Deer come right up...

We were a late arrival and picked up our hotel room keys in the night box. Walked into a room that hadn't been cleaned. Unmade bed, trash cans filled to the top, dirty towels in bathroom, etc.. the linens on the bed were filthy. No one working at the front desk to assist us with the issue. We keep blankets...

Management response:

Thank you so much for providing this feedback. I cannot express enough how sorry and embarrassed we are that you checked in to a dirty room, and even more sorry that there was no one to help you that evening after a long day of traveling. We just recently became the new rental management company for the condo and hotel...

This was a very beautiful lodge and great views! I really enjoyed my stay, I especially enjoyed the hot tub on our patio. It was exactly what I was looking for, a nice quiet weekend away from the city.

The location and views are beautiful but the rooms in the main lodge need to be totally overhauled! As we were there for a wedding I was in 8 of the 16 rooms so I can speak for half of the rooms. The rooms are dated with brown carpet that looks like it has been there since the 80's, the...

Dear Terri, Thank you very much for your honest feedback about your experience with the historic hotel at Marys Lake Lodge. First of all, allow me to express my sincerest apologies that the experience was overall a negative one for you. spent our week of thanksgiving here and loved the location, the kitchen and the condo. the staff were very helpful. They were able to extend our stay by a day even though it was a busy weekend with a wedding and the holiday by moving some folks around and upgrading them so we wouldn't have to move. also match the...

The images of this resort make it appear as if it is on the lake. This trickery was the beginning of our disappointment. Rooms in the original lodge leave much to be desired. We had one wall unit air conditioner for three rooms. We would not have even used except that the room was musty and none of the windows...

First, it can be very windy at Mary's Lake Lodge. It is about 500' higher than town. Situated about 3 miles from town. Condos are well appointed. We did not have daily maid service. Nice kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths. Lodge has a bar and restaurant that is open part of the week but NOT for breakfast. Gets ice on...

We booked Mary's Lake Lodge for our daughters wedding. Excellent venue especially if you are looking for a quaint setting. The views were memorable. The staff was very helpful in planning the wedding and reception. During our stay they made sure everything was perfect. Very satisfied with our experience as guests and parents of the bride.

Slightly above the town, the views of the Rockies & Mary's Lake is outstanding. So much better than being in town. We were in 22A with 2 BR & 2 BR. It was comfortable, clean and the views were awesome. It's under new ownership and management. IF something is not right, a simple call to the front desk gets it...
