My family of 4 with 2 teenagers loved this cabin. We stayed in cabin #3 and had plenty of room for luggage, purchases, etc. Enjoyed having the opportunity to have our own fire, fish in the river, hot tub, etc. It was close to the Rocky National Park and close to Estes Park. Don't expect anything fancy - as it...

This is our second stay at Blackhawk Lodges and we will return. We stayed in Cabin 1, which is on Fall River. The cabin is older but in very good condition with obvious upkeep. We have enjoyed the hot tub and sat on our private deck to ear meals and just enjoy the river. Randy and Teresa have been very...

This was a wonderful stay. The location is perfect - near Estes and RMNP. I enjoyed being close to Estes, but away from the hustle and bustle of being directly in town. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed for a week long stay. We even had an elk in our yard the first night! Randy & Teresa...

This is our 7th visit to Black Hawk Lodge. We have come every year with our son, his wife and grand kids. It is a great place to visit, play some cards, do some fishing and relax. Cabin 5 and Cabin 2 are our favorites. They have everything we need. Randy and Teresa are great host. Fishing is great and...

Our family had such a great time. This was our first time to Estes Park. We wanted to stay in a cabin. This place was perfect. The stream behind the main cabin and the hot tub were perfect. The cabin had a full kitchen and all the utensils you could ever need. We grilled one night on the grill and...

We stayed in Cabin #3. I would definitely NOT stay in that cabin again. It is NOT on the river, and you can't even hear the river from it. Cabins #1 & 2 seemed great because they backed up to the river. Our cabin was very small and the kitchen drawers almost fell out every time you opened them. We...

Thank you so much for your review. We're sorry that your stay wasn't up to our standards. A short walk to the office could have corrected both the soap and wifi problems. Maybe we failed to communicate that to you. We will try harder in the future. However, we must take issue with the statement that cabin 3 is advertised...
