We chose the Riverview Pines because of it's location between Estes Park and the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We arrived after dark because we were busy watching the rutting elk on the golf course in Estes. What a sight! The Riverview Pines has a nice grassy area with grills, tables, and a little river running right through...

We had a very nice 2 bedroom (3 bed) duplex cabin that we were previewing for a possible Family Reunion next summer. The cabin was very nice and clean and the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were what we were looking for but the common area was very small- seating for only 4. We were hoping for an area to seat...

We stayed here with our two little boys during Elk fest. We love staying on Fall River because it's a great location and beautiful. You feel secluded, yet you are only minutes from downtown and RMNP. Our heater didn't work the first night but someone came by within minutes and problem was solved. Rooms were clean and looked just as...

Convenient location near Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park with the scenic Falls River enjoyable from the deck. Very pleasant 1/2 cabins with comfortable living space at a good value, but tradeoff was a relatively small amount of space, limited privacy on the shared deck, cleaning service didn't make the bed or take out trash, and the propane ran...

Considering the time of the year, we were thankful to find a room. Our check in was pleasant as was our departure. Our room was large, but the carpet is old and the bathroom needs updating. I'm guessing that our room was one of the originals. We did, however, have a sliding door that opened up to a yard and...

I have finally realized that spending a lot of money on a room for the night is ridiculous. We selected Riverview Pines based on the reviews (cleanliness, friendliness) and are glad we did. As was mentioned in other reviews, you're not paying top dollars, so adjust your expectations accordingly. The motel rooms are very large with two queen beds, a...

A little place located about 1.2 miles from the downtown area. It offers the river as a great backdrop. Our two-queen bed room was modestly furnished with a sofa, table, fridge and microwave. The room was enormous and our first floor unit had a sliding glass door that opened to the lawn area. We spied a few rabbits hanging out...

We stayed at Riverview Pines for 5 night in early August 2015 reserving a cabin that was advertised to accommodate 6 persons. Our stay and review is based on 6 persons and is rated 2/5 stars for the following reasons. This cabin is large enough to accommodate 4 people max. There was a queen and full bed crammed in one...

We just stayed at Riverview Pines for the third time in a dozen or so years, we have enjoyed every stay. Terrific location on the Fall River convenient to town and to RMNP. Just stayed in the 1 bedroom cabin, kitchen and best of all a deck overlooking the Fall River. Nice people, great place.

At check-in, we were questioned as to if we were going to cause any trouble and that our car better be parked the right way. If it is parked wrong she would know we weren't nice people. Our view was very pretty of Fall River but accommodations were very rustic, in dire need of updating. Shower water temperature changed drastically...

We are very sorry for any misunderstanding there may have been. All locks work properly and there is no need to barricade your door with other furnishings. While parking IS limited and requires everyone's respectful cooperation we're certainly not calling our guests nice or not so nice for their parking abilities. -Shara (Property Manager)
