If you are looking for a quiet, not fancy but very Colorado, little place to escape to, this is your place! We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning our next visit. They have cabins and a 5 unit B & B which is where we stayed, a very comfortable room with a porch and a rocking chair!...

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Let's start with location. It's right on hwy 34. But it's set back by the river to provide ample parking and zero traffic noise. Janie was so sweet and helpful taking us to our charming canopy room. We were so tickled to see our own private hot tub on our...

We were very sad to leave after a 4 day. 3 night stay in the Willow Cabin. Upon our arrival, we were escorted to our sweet little cabin, perfect for two. John showed us everything we needed to know about the cabin's amenities and hot tub which came in very handy throughout our stay. The cabin is absolutely perfect for...

Our stay at Dripping Springs Resort was simply amazing. We stayed in the Canopy Cottage River View room, and it was very enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked very well, and the 2 person private hot tub on the private balcony was very nice. The room includes a flat screen T.V. with Direct T.V. and free Wi-Fi, however...

We had a wonderful time at Dripping Springs Resort. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. I really enjoyed evenings when my husband and I could relax in the two-person hot tub on our very private patio. We slept very well on the Sleep Number bed, and always looked forward to Janie's amazing home-cooked breakfasts....

We were lucky to find one night available during Labor Day weekend. We were killing time in town since the website said no check in until 4:00 PM, so were surprised to get a text saying the room was ready early and they'd like us to come check in. We stayed in the Pinewood cabin; the bed was very nice,...

If you're looking for a five-store resort, this isn't your place. If your looking for comfortable, clean cabins right on the river, where you can see the stars, roast marshmallows, skip rocks, and wade in the water, this is as good as it gets. We visited first in June and loved it so much we went back with family in...

I began this review after arrival the first day at this resort. It was not what we expected but I decided to give it some time before I finished the review. We rented the WIND RIVER COTTAGE B&B ROOM at this resort. This resort is sad and tired and needs renewing, but that would take a lot of effort. And...

After reading the review thoroughly, I think this is just a personal preference situation. Some people do not realize that just because we have 5 star reviews, that we are not a 5 star hotel! We are cabins/B&B out in the country in the mountains, and we offer special kind of amenities that you would never get in a big...
