My husband and I enjoyed every minute at the Dripping Springs Resort. It was very relaxing and peaceful! The Aspen room was exceptionally clean and serviced daily. Janie, Oliver and John were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and if you have a special diet, (ex. gluton free), Janie makes a special breakfast just for you!!! We will be back!...

We left Dripping Springs August 2nd. It's August 4, we're back home, and already trying to decide if we're going back in October!!! There's just something special about the place. It's so relaxing, comfortable beds, private outdoor hot tubs, quietness....even being next to a fairly busy road, you just don't notice it when you're here. Hammocks by the river, lots...

This place was a great place to stay. We stayed in the Thunderbird and accommodations were clean and spacious for our 4 person family. The amenities were wonderful which included the hot tub, fire pit, trail along river and of course the Big Thompson River. We have stayed on the Fall River but we will for sure be back to...

My husband was recovering from open heart surgery, and our stay at the Dripping Springs Resort with Janie and Oliver was just what we needed! We not only had our own private cabin, with a private hot tub on the patio, the atmosphere, serenity and scenery, along with Janie's excellent home cooked breakfasts, made our stay extremely memorable. Our little...

Hubby and I stayed 3 nights at Dripping Springs Resort July 27-30, 2011. The resort was very peaceful and quiet. The sound of the river behind the resort is very calming. Janie cooked the most amazing breakfasts each morning. We ate her huge, delicious breakfast (easily worth $30) and hiked through RMNP without needing to eat lunch. The twin pines...

My husband and I stayed up here late May to enjoy the spring weather and sort of an early anniversary gift to each other. We stayed at the Willow cabin. The owners were most welcoming at our arrival and through out the stay; it felt like we were part of their home. I highly recomend getting the breakfast in the...

Dripping Springs provided us with a wonderful and marvelous week of rest and relaxation. The owners, Janie and Oliver, have the bed and breakfast idea perfected (at least for this couple). The other folks that were there while we were also agreed. There is no riff-raff here. No funny stuff. This is a place to relax and unwind and clear...

We hosted our family reunion here this year, and couldn't have asked for a better place! The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful! Their hospitality hit my high standards, as I used to work in the lodging business and I understand how much it means to guests. The family is already talking about hosting it here again, and my...

Just wanted to write up a quick review from our stay at the Dripping Springs Resort. Janie and Oliver and the staff make everybody feel like old friends right from the start. The location is perfectly nestled in by the Big Thompson River just a few miles out of town for that nice tranquil and secluded feeling. Our room was...
