My husband and I had an opportunity to get away and we found this great spot in Estes Park. The cabin was located near the river and was so peaceful! We had neighbors around us but we never heard any noise. It was a perfect place to get away and be alone and forget about things for a few days. This would also be a great place to stay with family as well. You can fish, sit in the hot tub, and you are not far from town. The owners are very accommodating and nice. Will definitely go again!

Stayed for 2 nights in the Aspen room. Overall it was just ok but felt it was overpriced for what you get. (normally $195 night but received a 10% discount at booking) . Room itself appeared to be clean but the bathroom definitely needs a good deep cleaning. One warning for guests is the room doesn't have a carbon monoxide detector that is required by law, didn't see a smoke detector either. Had to unplug the mini fridge to sleep at night because it was so loud. Grounds on the property have lots of potential. The problem is there are lots of run down/broken furnishings. Chairs are falling apart. Hammocks are old and sagging to the ground when you attempt to lay in them. Breakfast was included but left a lot to be desired. Muffins were the probably the driest I've ever had and the other items were just edible. Skipped breakfast on the 2nd morning and went to town to eat. I think if the owners put some money and effort into this place it can be much better. Until they do so i cant recommend staying here for the high price. As this place is listed for sale it probably won't happen with the current owners.

Probably the best 2 night stay I've had. Service was great given the current status of the pandemic. I will be attending another time. Hopefully soon before the winter closure. Amazing times and still close home.

We stayed in the Timberline RV. It was perfect! Especially since our reserved cabin at Skyline Cottages was double booked. Jannie was so sweet! Listened to my disappointment and made the reservation happen. My daughter and I had a lovely time. The RV was clean and in working order. Coffee by the river was good for my soul! Will definitely return!
